Online Registration

You are required to pre-register in the WCA website before paying online. If you haven't already, go here.

Early Bird Registration (From May 2 to May 18)
Regular registration of 150.00 PhP for First-timers/Passive Competitors only (inclusive of Certificate of Participation) for one event, and ₱50.00 additional per event.
Regular registration of 350.00 PhP for Returners (inclusive of Certificate of Participation) for three events, and additional ₱50.00 per event.

Regular Registration (From May 19 until end of registration)
Regular registration of 200.00 PhP for First-timers/Passive Competitors only (inclusive of Certificate of Participation) for one event, and ₱50.00 additional per event.
Regular registration of 400.00 PhP for Returners (inclusive of Certificate of Participation) for three events, and additional ₱50.00 per event.

NOTE
A Passive Competitor is any person who has a WCA ID but has not attended a WCA competition in the last 24 months from the competition start date.

For those who paid through option 1:
You must send us the proof of payment/receipt, valid ID (for first timers), name of competitor, amount paid, contact number, and categories you are participating via our Facebook page Negros Speedcubers or email at negroscubers.organizing@gmail.com

NOTE
1. Please follow the registration and payment instructions. If the instructions are not properly followed, your registration will not be approved. You are eligible for changes to events you wish to compete in until May 26, 2024. No adding of events after this period.
2. Strictly NO walk-in registrations on the day of the event.

Registration for Foreigners

For Foreigners/Filipinos not residing in the Philippines, Please email us at negroscubers.organizing@gmail.com on how to register online.

All Competitors
● As per WCA Regulation 1e2, you are obliged to officiate/judge upon being called. Failure in doing such duties will result in your disqualification from the competition at the discretion of a WCA delegate.
New Competitors
● For first timers, it is highly encouraged to familiarize yourself with the WCA Regulations.
● To accustom yourself even more with how WCA competitions work, you are required to read the WCA First-time Competitor Guide and/or watch this Competitor Tutorial by WCA Senior Delegate, Kit Clement.

● If you are still confused as to what the procedures are, there will be a live demonstration/tutorial before the competition starts.
● Have fun and don't hesitate to ask questions to the Delegate and Event Organizers.
