Лимит по времени
Если во время сборки вы превысите лимит по времени, судья вас остановит, и ваш результат будет DNF (см. Положение A1a4).
Катофф
Лимит, который нужно преодолеть, чтобы попасть во вторую часть комбинированного раунда (см. Положение 9g).
Формат
Формат определяет ранжирование участников на основе их результатов. Список допустимых форматов для каждой дисциплины описан в Положение 9b. Описание каждого формата см. Положение 9f.

Russian: Для завершения процесса регистрации на Kharkiv Special 2018 вам необходимо оплатить регистрационный взнос, который составляет 60 грн. Для гостей и зрителей вход свободный.
Оплатить можно организатору на встрече спидкуберов (проходит каждое воскресенье в Караване возле катка с 12:00), или перевести на карту ПриватБанка: 4149629390459808 (Яхкинд Виктория). В примечании к платежу напишите, за кого совершили оплату. После перевода оплаты обязательно сообщите нам об этом на почту yahkind2005@gmail.com и ожидайте появления себя в списках участников. Если вы не появились в списках участников в течение 48 часов, сообщите об этом Делегату.
Зарегистрироваться и оплатить нужно не позже 15 декабря. После этой даты оплата не принимается и регистрация будет закрыта. Если вы не сможете участвовать в соревнованиях, сообщите нам об этом. Предоплата при этом не возвращается.

You must register and pay before Dec 15th. After that date registration will be closed and we don't receive payments. No refunds will be given.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
