5x5 Final and Square-1 Final (second rounds) are TENATIVE. This means time-permitting, we will add these events, otherwise, the schedule will follow what is listed under the "Schedule" tab.

There is a competitor limit of 130 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $25 (United States Dollar).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.


There is no age limit or requirement to compete.
You must pre-pay, in full, in order to be accepted to compete in any events. No at-door registration or payment.
A confirmation email will be sent to you when your registration has been accepted.
In order to be registered for this competition, you must register before the competitior limit is reached. If the capacity is never reached, full registration and payment must be made before the deadline.

We will be having a tentative Round 2 of 5x5x2 and Round 2 of Square-1, with preference in that order. One or both of these rounds will be added to the competition if we get ahead of schedule, and these will be held prior to the 2x2x2 cube final.

No refunds will be given after January 5, 2019
On the Waiting List
You are on the waiting list if you registered, but have not payed. Your spot is not guaranteed. If you pay, it is possible that you will be able to secure a spot in the competition if someone else drops out. If you are unable to secure a spot, the fee will be refunded.

All Competitors:
For each event you sign up for, you will be assigned a staffing role (Judging or Running) prior to the competition. All competitors will be expected to arrive in time for their scheduled event to help out. This is seperate from being on the competition staff.

Travel
The venue is located behind the New Hope Eagle Volunteer Fire Company building. Please enter through the door that has a cubing sign next to it.

Food
The local church youth group will be selling food at the competition, and there are several food options within a five minute drive of the venue as well.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
