The cost of registration is $3n+1, where n is the number of events you will be competing in. Participants in the Footsolving round will be charged an additional $7 to cover equipment value depreciation and other miscellaneous issues. For those of you doing math, this means that we charge $3 for every event except footsolving, and $10 for footsolving. $1 from each registration is charged as the WCA fee, and goes towards maintenance of the WCA database and other miscellaneous items.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
