There is a competitor limit of 80 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $25 (United States Dollar).
The registration fee has to be paid through Stripe here once registered.
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 90% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.


Venue: 2598 Liberty Rd, Lexington, KY 40509 - Eastland Church, Auxiliary Gymnasium (building behind the church)

Parking: There is plenty of free parking in front of and behind the church building.

Entrance: The Auxiliary Gymnasium is in a rectangular building behind the church. Enter through the double doors.

Hotels: There are no designated hotels for this competition. There are many hotels near I-75 exit 108 and Man O War Blvd (Hamburg area).

Food: There are many restaurants nearby in the Hamburg area. To get from the church to Hamburg: turn right onto Liberty Rd (0.1 mi), turn left onto Star Shoot Pkwy (0.7 mi), turn right onto Sir Barton Way.

For first-time competitors

All newcomers must be familiar with the WCA Regulations before competing. This video gives a basic overview of the rules. Note that this video is fairly old and some information may be outdated.

In addition, please read this document before coming to the competition.

Finally, please be familiar with how to judge at a cubing competition. All competitors will be required to judge in at least one of the events they are competing in. This video gives a basic overview of how to judge, and does include more up-to-date information.

This competition will also hold unofficial events. The results will be recorded through Cubing Contests, and will then be added to the rankings.

These will be the rules adopted for this extra event:
Mirror Blocks
1. Regulations based on 3x3x3 Cube.
2. Legality of the puzzle:
2a. The puzzle must NOT have a logo.
2b. All sides of the puzzle must be clearly identifiable from each other (i.e. have distinct thicknesses on each side).
2c. All stickers / pieces of the puzzle must be the same color with no way of distinguishing one color from another
3. Scrambling procedures: The scrambler holds the cube with the biggest corner in the up-front-left position and the thickest layer as the up face.

Staff for this competition will be provided with free lunch and a full registration refund in exchange for helping out more frequently with scrambling, running, and judging.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
