wca should pay for Delegate

Why? Every single person involved in the WCA does their job as volunteer. It may change sometime but I hope it wont! WCA delegates are persons who have proven friendlyness, fairness, who have usually entered a lot of competitions and are trusted by other delegates. There is no hiring and people asking stuff like "pleeeaaase i wanna be a delegate!" are usualy not going to be delegate
