Dear Community, At these two competitions a competitor (under 18 years old) intentionally manipulated several scrambles in order to make them easier. Some misscrambles were noticed at the time and replaced with extra solves, while others were only found during this investigation and will now be changed to a DNF. Due to the repeated nature of the competitor's actions and the effect it has had on many competitors, organisers and delegates, this competitor will be banned from WCA competitions for 18 months until 22/08/2017. We hope this serves as a reminder of how important and serious all the duties of scrambling and judging are, and that it is not at all acceptable to act in a way that is detrimental to others.
