Fellow cubers, The WCA board has decided to accept the results of the Idaho Open 2005 as official, although the competition had 9 instead of the required minimum of 10 competitors. The main reason for this is that the competition was announced before the new version of the WCA regulations was finalised. The minimum number of competitors was added in the new version. Before the new version, the minimum was outside the regulations and used to be 8 competitors. In the future we will not accept results of competitions as official, if the minimum requirement is not met. Kind regards, Ron van Bruchem
