There is a competitor limit of 100 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $5 (United States Dollar).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of $5 (United States Dollar).
Requisitos de registro para esta competencia
- Completar correctamente el registro.
2. El pago base es de $5.00 e incluye la participación en todas las categorías disponibles.
3.Realizar el pago de la inscripción lo antes posible. Para ello, ponemos a tu disposición las siguientes opciones:
-Pago bancario a la cuenta no. 300-866090-4 del Banco Agrícola, a nombre de Joel Alexander Hernández Amaya.
-Pago a través de PayPal al correo joelcuber@gmail.com.
El pre-registro cierra el 15 de septiembre de 2024 a las 06:00 PM hora de El Salvador. Posteriormente, podrás registrarte el día del evento, sujeto a la disponibilidad de cupos y con la posibilidad de participar en una única categoría.
-Se recibirán pagos en efectivo el día del torneo. El costo será de $5.00 y podrás participar únicamente en una de las categorías disponibles.
NOTA IMPORTANTE: Los pagos realizados mediante transferencia bancaria o PayPal deben ser reportados al correo electrónico jhernandez@worldcubeassociation.org con el asunto "Desafío Cubo CRAI UCA 2024 - Nombre del competidor". Es necesario adjuntar una foto o captura de pantalla del comprobante de pago, junto con los datos de la persona inscrita (nombre, WCA ID si lo tiene) y las categorías en las que desea participar.
4.Tu registro será aceptado únicamente si se cumplen todos los requisitos mencionados. NO se realizarán reembolsos si el registro es rechazado por incumplimiento de alguno de estos requisitos.
5.Agregar/Eliminar Eventos: Una vez aceptado el registro, deberás enviar un correo solicitando la adición de eventos adicionales.
6.Política para lista de espera: Si se llena el cupo de registros, los competidores serán colocados en una lista de espera. Para entrar en la lista de espera, es necesario registrarse y pagar. No estarás en la lista de espera hasta que se haya realizado el pago.
-6.1 Condiciones de reembolso para lista de espera: Si no logras salir de la lista de espera, recibirás un reembolso de acuerdo con las siguientes opciones:
Reembolso completo mediante transferencia bancaria a instituciones de El Salvador.
Reembolso del 75% mediante transferencia a PayPal.

Requirements for this competition

2.The base fee is $5.00 and includes participation in all available categories.
3.Process the payment as soon as possible. The following payment options are available:

Pre-registration closes on September 15, 2024, at 06:00 PM Salvadoran Time. After this date, you can register on the day of the event, subject to availability, and will only be able to participate in one category.
On-the-spot cash payment at the competition. This will have a fee of $5.00, and you will be able to participate in only one of the available categories.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Payments made through bank transfer or PayPal must be reported to the email jhernandez@worldcubeassociation.org with the subject "Desafío Cubo CRAI UCA 2024 - Competitor's name." Please include a photo or screenshot of the payment confirmation along with the competitor's information (name, WCA ID if applicable) and the categories in which they wish to participate.
4.Your registration will ONLY be accepted if all the above requirements are met. NO refunds will be given if your registration is not accepted due to incomplete registration.
- Add/Remove Events: Once your registration is accepted, you must send an email to request additional events.
6.Waiting List Policy: If the registration limit is reached, competitors will be placed on a waiting list. To be placed on the waiting list, you must register and pay. You will not be on the waiting list until the payment has been made.
-6.1 Refund Policy for the Waiting List: If you do not make it off the waiting list, you will receive a refund according to the following methods:
Full refund via bank transfer to Salvadoran institutions.
75% refund via PayPal transfer.
