Registration requirements for the competition:

Create a WCA account here if you don't have one.
If this is not your first competition, associate your WCA ID to your WCA account here.
Register for this competition below.
There is a competitor limit of 27 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is Q50 (Guatemalan Quetzal).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.

Requisitos de Registro para el GuateMaya 2021:

1. Debes completar tu registro de manera correcta en la parte de "Registro"
2. El costo de la participación es de Q 50.00 de base para participar en la categoría de 3x3, y Q 10.00 por categoría extra. El pago de la inscripción debe hacerse a la cuenta de Banco Reformador/BAC: 00962936266 y seguidamente enviar un correo a rubiksxela@gmail.com con el asunto "GuateMaya 2021" e incluir la fotografía de la boleta de depósito o transferencia, indicando: nombre, fecha de nacimiento, WCA ID (si lo tiene), categorías en las que participará y talla de playera. El correo con dicha informacion debe ser recibido a mas tardar el dia Domingo 19 de diciembre de 2021 a las 11:59 pm GMT-6 (hora local).
3. Su registro sera aceptado solamente si se cumplen los requisitos arriba mencionados. NO se haran reembolsos. No se aceptarán inscripciones y/o cambios en las categorías fuera de tiempo.
4. Si el registro se llena, colocaremos a los competidores en una lista de espera, según se hayan ido inscribiendo en la página de Registro. Si un competidor notifica que no asistirá, la primera persona en la lista de espera podría reemplazarlo si llena los requisito de inscripción adecuadamente, los competidores podrán ser reemplazados hasta el 21 de diciembre de 2021, 12:00 pm. Ningún competidor será agregado el día de la competencia.
5. Se solicitará el carné de vacunación a todos los asistentes mayores de 12 años (minimo primera dosis)

Requirements for registering to GuateMaya 2021:

1. You must fill in your information correctly in this webpage in the "Registration" section
2. The base fee for the competition is Q 50.00 including 3x3, and Q10.00 for each extra event. You must pay by a bank transaction to the account: Banco Reformador/BAC: 00962936266; afterwards you have to send an e-mail to rubiksxela@gmail.com with the subject "GuateMaya 2021" including a photo of the bank transaction and indicating: name, date of birth, WCA ID (only if you already have competed officially before), categories and T-shirt size. (S, M, L). The deadline for sending the registration e-mail is the Sunday, December 19th.
3. Your registration will be accepted only if you accomplish for the requirements mention in 1. and 2. There will be no refunds. No registrations or changes in events will be accepted out of time.
4. If the registration is full, you will be added to a waiting list, and if someone cancels, that person will be replaced by the first one on the waiting list. No on the spot registrations will be allowed.
5. Vaccination proof will be required to enter in the venue.
