Incident: Delegate accidentally reused scrambles from previous competition

Incident description and resolution:

The delegate of ERAU Speedcubing Spring 2018 accidentally used scrambles from a prior competition (STEM Educ8 2018) for multiple rounds of this competition. These scrambles have been publicly accesible since the results of the earlier competition were published.

The WRC has decided that all affected results of ERAU Speedcubing Spring 2018 will not be accepted as official WCA results. These are: 2x2x2 Cube, 3x3x3 Cube, 4x4x4 Cube, 3x3x3 One-Handed, Pyraminx and Square-1.
Accordingly, only the results of Megaminx and 7x7x7 Cube will be recognized.

We know that this is a harsh decision with consequences for many young competitors. However, the integrity of scrambles in WCA competitions is essential and does not allow us to be lenient here.
