New versions of the WCA Regulations and Guidelines are going into effect April 3, 2014. This includes the following changes:

• Painted/printed colours are permitted again. ( #166 / 5035dec)
• Tiles for any puzzle may be up to 1.5mm. In order to allow certain popular brands, Megaminx tiles may be slightly thicker than 1.5mm (at the discretion of the Delegate). ( #166 / 5035dec)
• Various small simplifications and corrections. ( official-2014-01-01... official-2014-04-03^)
