TNoodle-WCA-0.11.3 is now available from https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/regulations/scrambles

The following changes have been made since TNoodle 0.11.1:

• Fixed a bug that could result in the generation of incorrect FMC scrambles.
• Fonts are now embedded into the generated PDFs to ensure a more consistent look across platforms.
• Fixed a bug that resulted in an error messages when saving a PDF in Chrome.
