Dear Community, During the Fewest Moves event at MPEI Open 2015, Alexey Mikhailov and Kirill Litvinov communicated some information to each other relating to a possible solution. The information was not entirely specific, but this is a clear violation of regulations in an attempt to gain an unfair advantage so both competitors are therefore receiving an official warning and their Fewest Moves result will be changed to a DNF. Please remember that communication of information about scrambles or solutions undermines the objective of fairness within the WCA and any future cases will result in warnings or bans.
