特別な参加要件はなく、年齢、性別、国籍を問わず参加申し込みが可能です。
詳細は "開催種目" タブをご確認ください。

参加申し込み / Registration

参加申し込みはスピードキュービングジャパン内の専用ページにて行います。この WCA 大会ページからはお申し込みいただけません。

本大会ではキャッシュレスの完全事前決済制を採用しています。
現金支払いには対応いたしません。クレジットカードなどの決済手段をご用意ください。

参加申し込みは参加費のお支払い手続きが完了した時点で有効となり、その後先着順で承認されます。
この承認は実行委員会の手作業なので、数日の時間差が生じることがあります。

参加申し込み時点で定員に達していた場合はキャンセル待ちとなり、支払いが完了していても参加承認されない場合があるので予めご了承ください。
キャンセル待ち状態の方は、参加承認済みのどなたかがキャンセルした場合に先着順で承認されます。参加申し込み期間の終了後、この繰り上げ措置は行いません。

参加申し込みの期限は大会申込み期間の終了と同じです。
支払い後の返金ポリシーは以下に別途記載します。

This competition uses a completely pre-paid cashless system.
Cash payments will not be accepted. Please prepare a credit card or other ways in advance.

Your registration application will be validated upon completion of the registration fee payment process, and will then be approved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Since this approval is a manual operation by the Organizing team, a slight time delay will exist.

Your registration will be added to the waiting list when the number of participants has already reached the limit. Then your registration may not be approved even if payment has been completed. Registrations on the waiting list will be approved if any one of the accepted competitors withdraws themselves. All competitors still on the waiting list after registration periods will be removed.

The due date for advance payment is as same as the end of the registration period.
The refund policy in such cases is described separately below.

参加申し込みの内容変更・キャンセル / Changing or Canceling your Registration

参加申し込みの承認後に登録内容を変更したい場合（例：参加種目の追加、同伴者人数の変更など）、または参加をキャンセルする場合は、ayasefmc@googlegroups.comまで必ず連絡してください。

If you would like to change your registration (e.g. changing events, number of guests) or withdraw from the competition, please email the organization team at ayasefmc@googlegroups.com.

競技者 2,000円

Basic fee: 2,000 JPY

返金ポリシー / Refund policy

1.参加申し込みと支払いは完了したが、キャンセル待ちリストに入ったまま申し込み期間が終了してしまい参加が承認されなかった場合 / In case you are still on the waiting list at the end of registration period, so that your registration is not approved

申込金額の90%を返金いたします。
You can receive a 90% refund of the registration fee.

2. 申し込み期間終了後、いったん承認された参加をキャンセルする場合 / In case you want to cancel your registration after approved

返金いたしません。
You cannot receive any refund.

通常の返金ポリシー / Standard cases

情勢変更などによる不可抗力によって開催中止となった場合 / In case of force majeure (e.g. unexpected spread of infection)

これらすべての返金手続きは大会終了後に行います。また、皆様がご利用のクレジットカード会社などによってワークフローが異なるため、実際に返金が完了するのは最大で大会終了後から数ヶ月を要することがあります。予めご了承ください。

These refunds will be processed after the competition. Due to differences in the details of each credit card company, it may take up to several months after the competition for the refund to be completed.
