Wir freuen uns sehr, euch BMME 3x3 Day 2023 als ein offizielles WCA Turnier ankündigen zu können.

Die Speedcubing Competition wird organisiert von Florian Truckenthanner und Pranjal Khan und delegiert von Viktor Kalmar. Diesesmal findet das Turnier in den Räumlichkeiten des BMME statt. Die Resultate dieser Competition werden zu den offiziellen WCA World Rankings hinzugefügt.

Jeder ist bei diesem Turnier herzlich willkommen, unabhängig von der Erfahrung, Alter oder sonstigen Fähigkeiten. Manche Events haben ein spezifisches Zeitlimit, damit wir sicherstellen können den ganzen Tag über im Zeitplan zu bleiben. Es dürfen Puzzles jeder Marke verwendet werden solange sie den WCA Richtlinien entsprechen.

Da dies ein sehr kleines, ruhiges und auch kurzes Turnier wird sind generell keine Gäste erlaubt (da wir auch von der Räumlichkeit begrenzt sind) - falls jedoch ein Teilnehmer einen Gast dabei haben muss, zb. weil du Minderjährig bist und du deinen Erziehungsberechtigten dabei haben willst, dann schreibt uns bitte noch vor dem Turnier eine E-mail mit einer Begründung und mit dem Namen des Gastes.

Generell herrscht absolute Ruhe während des Gesamten Turnieres (ausgenommen von den Pausen) da es sich hauptsächlich um Blind Events sowohl als auch um Fewest Moves handelt.

We are happy to announce the BMME 3x3 Day 2023 as an official WCA Competition.

The speedcubing competition is organised by Florian Truckenthanner and Pranjal Khan and delegated by Viktor Kalmar. The results of the competition will be added to the official WCA World Rankings.

The competition is open to all competitors regardless of experience and skill, but certain event-based time limits will be in place to make sure we can stay on schedule and get through the day on time. No prior experience in WCA competitions is necessary, but competitors must be familiar with the WCA Regulations. Any puzzle brand may be used during the competition, as long as it complies with the WCA regulations.

This competition is going to be quite small, short and especially quiet and because of this no guests will be allowed at this competition (also because it is a small room).
If you have a good reason why a guest should accompany you (e.g.: you are a minor and you want to have your legal guardian with you), then please let us know before the competition via email (include the name of the guest and the reasoning).

It has to be absolutely quiet during the whole competition (except during the breaks) because we mostly have Blind and Fewest Moves events only.

There is a competitor limit of 25 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is €15 (Euro).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 6:00 PM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 6:00 PM UTC on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.

Deutsch:

Der Eintrittspreis beträgt € 15- pro Person und dieser ist nach der Ankunft am „Registration Desk“ vor Antritt des ersten Events im Turnier zu bezahlen.
Achtung, eure WCA Registrierung bzw. Vorregistrierung ist erst nach Erhalt einer positiven Rückmeldung vom Organisationsteam vollständig. Ohne diese könnt ihr leider nicht bei diesem Turnier teilnehmen.

Sollte das Turnier bereits voll sein, erhaltet Ihr ebenfalls eine Benachrichtigung via E-Mail, dass Ihr vorerst auf der Warteliste seid. Sollte es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt wieder verfügbare Plätze zum Teilnehmen geben, meldet sich das Organisationsteam mit einer E-Mail bei euch.

Generell sind keine Gäste erlaubt, da dies eine recht kleine Veranstaltung ist und absolute Ruhe während des gesamten Turnieres herrschen muss. Ist jedoch der Teilnehmer minderjährig oder es bestehen andere Gründe warum ein Gast dabei sein soll, lasst es uns bitte per E-mail wissen.

Bitte nicht vergessen, dass Ihr eure E-Mail Postfächer auf E-Mails von Organisationsteam überprüft, da wir noch die letzten wichtigen Infos ca. 1-2 Wochen vor dem Turnier ausschicken.
Sollte es euch nicht möglich sein zu kommen, dann bitte so früh wie möglich uns via E-Mail kontaktieren.

English:

The total entrance fee for the competition will be €15,- per person.
The fee has to be paid on the spot, which means directly after your arrival in the venue at the registration desk of the competition.

Your WCA registration/preregistration is finished when you receive an approved e-mail from the Organisation team.
If the competitor limit is reached, you will receive an e-mail from the orga team that you’re currently at the „Waiting list“. In case that we have an open spot for participating, the Organisation team will write you an e-mail.

No guests will be allowed at this competition.
If you have a good reason why a guest should accompany you (example: because you are a minor and you want to have your legal guardian with you), then please let us know before the competition via email (including the name of the guest and the reasoining).

Please don´t forget to check your e-mails 1-2 weeks before the competitions, because the Organisation team will send you some information about the competition.
