Information

This competition is participating in the official WCA Newcomer Month 2025. The registration process will reserve 30 spots for new competitors. New competitors are considered to have no WCA ID or a WCA ID with 2025. Returning competitors are considered to have a WCA ID that is from 2024 or earlier. All competitors must still follow all registration requirements for their registration to be considered complete. Your registration is only complete after paying the registration fee via the WCA website. Registrations will be accepted based on the moment of payment.

Registrations will be accepted based on the following:
* 30 spots are reserved for new competitors.
* Initially, 120 spots are available for returning competitors on a first come, first serve basis.
* If more than 30 new competitors register before 120 spots are filled by returning competitors, any additional new competitors will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis alongside returning competitors.
* If the spots reserved for new competitors are not filled by new competitors before registration closes two weeks prior to the competition, remaining spots, up to the competitor limit, will be accepted from registered returning competitors.

The base registration fee for this competition is €12 (Euro).
If your registration is cancelled before Friday, March 14, 2025 at 7:00 PM UTC you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Friday, March 14, 2025 at 7:00 PM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Friday, March 14, 2025 at 7:00 PM UTC on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.
