Finally after a year and a half the tournaments return to our country.
This championship will be the first of the "Chile Comeback" project that will help to adapt to the new regulations that are shaking the world as a result of the pandemic.
Thus Chile will be the second country to return to competitions in South America and you can experience it in Chillán.

Finalmente despues de un año y medio vuelven los torneos a nuestro pais.
Este campeonato será el primero de "Chile Comeback" proyecto que ayudará a adaptarse a las nuevas normas que sacuden al mundo producto de la pandemia.
Así, Chile será el segundo país en volver a las competencias en sudamerica y lo podrás vivir en Chillán.

There is a competitor limit of 50 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $5,000 (Chilean Peso).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 80% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
For international competitors, please contact the Delegate to arrange payment at the venue.

Para poder participar en el campeonato debes completar el proceso de registro. Para completar el proceso de registro debes seguir los siguientes pasos en orden:
1.- Inscribirse en la lista de espera de la competencia en la página web de la WCA. Para ello necesitaras crear o tener una cuenta del sitio web WCA.
2.- Transferir $5.000 pesos chilenos a la siguiente cuenta bancaria:

Correo de confirmación con el nombre del competidor: infochilerubik@gmail.com3.- Enviar un correo infochilerubik@gmail.com indicando el nombre completo del competidor y adjuntando una captura de pantalla del comprobante de transferencia.
4.Un correo de confirmación será enviado al competidor una vez que haya cumplido cada uno de los tres pasos anteriores, y aparecerá en la lista de registros aprobados de la competencia en la página web de la WCA.
Los registros se aprobaran en el mismo orden en que lleguen los correos con la imagen de la confirmación de la transferencia.
El plazo máximo para completar el registro es el día Domingo 19 de Septiembe de 2021 a las 23:59:00hrs (-3:00 GMT) o el momento en que se llene los 50 cupos, lo que suceda primero.En caso de que desees cancelar tu inscripción deberas mandar un E-mail al infochilerubik@gmail.com solicitando lo mencionado, por lo que se te devolverá el 80% de tu dinero. La fecha límite para solicitar una cancelación es hasta 5 días antes del torneo.
La devolución será realizada por medio de una transferencia electrónica, por lo que se deben indicar los detalles de una cuenta bancaria de destino y se realizará entre 2-5 días posterior al término del evento.Cambios en los eventos registrados serán aceptados solo hasta el último día de registro. Posterior a ello, no habrán cambios en los participantes de un evento.

In order to participate in the championship you must complete the registration process. To complete the registration process you must follow the following steps in order:

Confirmation email with the competitor's name: infochilerubik@gmail.com3.- Send an email to infochilerubik@gmail.com indicating the full name of the competitor and attaching a screenshot of the transfer receipt.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the competitor once they have completed each of the three steps above, and will appear on the approved competition record list on the WCA website.
The records will be approved in the same order in which the emails arrive with the image of the transfer confirmation.
The deadline to complete the registration is Sunday, September 19, 2021 at 11:59:00 p.m. (-3: 00 GMT) or the moment the 50 places are filled, whichever comes first.In case you want to cancel your registration, you must send an E-mail to infochilerubik@gmail.com requesting the aforementioned, so that 80% of your money will be returned. The deadline to request a cancellation is up to 5 days before the tournament.
The refund will be made by means of an electronic transfer, so the details of a destination bank account must be indicated and it will be made between 2-5 days after the end of the event.Changes to registered events will be accepted only until the last day of registration. After that, there will be no changes in the participants of an event.
