There is no mask policy at the venue, but we still encourage anyone that wishes to wear one to do so. If the situation regarding COVID-19 worsens, masks may become a requirement closer to the competition.
The competitor limit for this competition is 55 competitors. No guest limit is being enforced for this event, but we ask you to bring a maximum of two only.

The base registration fee for this competition is $25 (United States Dollar).
If your registration is cancelled before Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 12:00 AM UTC you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 12:00 AM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 12:00 AM UTC on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.

Registration is first come, first served based on the order of when payment is received.
How to Pay/Payment Structure
All registration payments are to be made by card via Stripe. There will be a box to pay this fee after you fill out your registration
How to Withdraw/Alter Registration
Registered competitors may alter their registration by checking/unchecking events in the "register" tab, or by emailing the organizing team with a message with name, WCA ID (if applicable), and a statement of which events you would like added or removed. The last day to alter your registration is Tuesday, January 3rd, 2022 at 5:00 PM MST.

Waitlist Procedure
If registration fills up, we will place competitors on a waitlist. In the event a competitor drops from the competition, competitors will be accepted from the waitlist in the order we receive payment. Competitors can be accepted from the waitlist until Tuesday, January 3rd, 2022 at 5:00 PM MST. You will receive a full refund if you are still on the waitlist by then.
