VOLUNTEERING
Please note that all competitors are required to assist with volunteering during the competition - either in the role of "runner", "judge" or "scrambler". These roles will be explained as part of the "New Competitor Tutorial", but you can take a look at this video.
If any parents are willing to help judge or run, please watch the above video if you have not been a judge/runner at previous competitions. We greatly appreciate all assistance during the competition and more volunteers helping out during the competition helps to stay on schedule and not run behind.

Please be aware that we will likely run ahead of schedule throughout the weekend. Be sure to be ready to compete in any of your scheduled events at least 30 minutes before the scheduled starting time.
To all competitors competing in the 3x3-Blinfolded event - Please be aware that the venue is located in a busy shopping centre and that there will likely be a lot of distractions during the event.NOTICE OF FILMING
Please note that there will be filming and photography at this event. You therefore consent to your image being used by CubingZA and its partners in their marketing and social media platforms by attending.

There is a competitor limit of 150 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is R150 (South African Rand).
If your registration is cancelled before Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 7:00 PM UTC you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Saturday, November 23, 2024 at 5:00 PM UTC.
We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of R200 (South African Rand).
Any spectator can attend for free.

Please note that there are THREE steps you need to take to be entered into this competition:
1. First-timer competitors must create a WCA account if they do not already have one (or their parent/guardian must create one for them).
2. The competitor must register for the competition using their WCA account, specifying which events they want to participate in.
3. Credit and Debit Card payments for the competition entry fee of R150.00 can be made at THIS LINKDO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU HAVE REGISTERED IN STEP 2 ABOVE PLEASE.

There will be on-site registration available for R200.00 per person.
