There is a competitor limit of 130 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $35 (United States Dollar).
If your registration is cancelled before Friday, October 11, 2024 at 6:59 AM UTC you will be refunded 80% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Friday, October 11, 2024 at 6:59 AM UTC.
We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of $35 (United States Dollar).

ON THE SPOT REGISTRATION:

• Missed the deadline to register online? You can register and pay for this competition in person! We will accept payment via cash or PayPal. Please note we will not accept bills over $20.
• Competitors who plan to register on the spot should show up before the start of events they wish to compete in. If a round is in progress at the time of registration, competitors who register on the spot might not be allowed to participate in that round.

Payment:

• Upon registering, you will receive an email with the subject "Registration Pending: Davis Fall 2024". This does NOT mean that you are on the registration list. Competitors will not be approved until the payment has been made.
• Please ensure you have paid the registration fees via Stripe on the "Register" page. Your registration is not complete and will not be processed until you have paid the registration fee. Contact the organizational team if you encounter an issue.

Waitlist:

• Once the competitor limit has been reached, the waitlist will be opened.
  
• You must pay the registration fee to be added to the waitlist.
• New registrations will be added to a waitlist and sorted in the order of payment.
• Waitlisted competitors will only be added to the competition if an existing competitor withdraws.
• All competitors still on the waiting list after Thursday, October 10, 2024 at 11:59 PM PDT will be removed and provided with a full refund.
• You can see your position on the waitlist by checking the "Waitlist" tab.

Deleting Registration/Refunds:

• If you can no longer make the competition, you may request a partial refund.
• To receive a partial refund, you must contact the organizational team by Thursday, October 10, 2024 at 11:59 PM PDT.
• Withdrawing enables us to maximize attendance and allows competitors on the waiting list to attend.

Changing events

• You may change the events you are registered for by contacting the organizational team.
• Competitors may add events up until the event has started. It is acceptable to not show up for any event you do not wish to compete in.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STAFF:

• For budgetary reasons, we can only offer a partial registration fee reimbursement for staffers, up to $15.
• You MUST fill out the staff interest form to be on staff. For more information, see the "Staffing" tab. Note that filling out this form does NOT guarantee a spot on staff.
