Note: You can submit a registration for all competitions in a Series, but only one of those registrations can be confirmed and accepted. You will only be allowed to compete in one of the Series competitions!
There is a competitor limit of 90 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is €5 (Euro).
If your registration is cancelled before Sunday, September 17, 2023 at 9:00 PM UTC you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Monday, September 18, 2023 at 4:00 PM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Monday, September 18, 2023 at 4:00 PM UTC on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.

3. Zahle die Anmeldegebühr
Die Anmeldegebühr beträgt 5€ und kann über Kreditkarte oder PayPal gezahlt werden.
Ohne (eindeutig zugeordnete) Zahlung gilt die Anmeldung als nicht vollständig und wird nicht bestätigt.
Kreditkarte:
Nachdem du das Anmeldeformular ausgefüllt hast, kannst du im gleichen Fenster die Daten deiner Kreditkarte eingeben.
Die Zahlung erfolgt über den Zahlungsdienstleister Stripe und wird automatisch deiner Anmeldung zugeordnet.
Paypal:
Falls du keine Kreditkarte besitzt, kannst du die Anmeldegebühr in Höhe von 5 Euro via PayPal über diesen Link zahlen (https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/wkilders/5).
Wichtig für PayPal-Zahlungen:
* Bitte aktiviere nicht den optionalen Käuferschutz, da hierfür eine Gebühr vom gezahlten Eintrittspreis abgezogen wird.
* Falls der Name bei der Zahlung und der Name im Anmeldeformular nicht identisch sind, gib bitte den Namen des Teilnehmers im Anmeldeformular im letzten Schritt der Zahlungsprozedur an. Eine Zahlung gilt erst dann als geleistet, wenn wir diese eindeutig zuordnen können.
* PayPal ist nicht mit der WCA-Seite verknüpft. Entsprechend wird die geleistete Zahlung nicht auf der WCA-Seite angezeigt.

Wenn das Teilnehmerlimit bereits erreicht wurde, erhältst du nach Anmeldung und Zahlung einen Platz auf der Warteliste. Danach erhältst du eine E-Mail, sobald ein Platz für dich frei werden sollte. Falls du keinen freien Teilnehmerplatz mehr erlangen solltest, wird die Anmeldegebühr selbstverständlich erstattet.

Für Gäste:
Gäste haben freien Eintritt. Es darf maximal ein Gast pro Teilnehmer mitgebracht werden. Weitere Gäste bzw. Gäste, die keinen Teilnehmenden begleiten, können den Wettbewerb leider nicht besuchen.

3. Pay the registration fee
The registration fee is 5€ and can be paid via credit card or PayPal.
Without (clearly assigned) payment, the registration is not considered complete and will not be confirmed.
**Credit card
After you have filled out the registration form, you can enter your credit card details in the same window.
The payment is made via the payment service provider Stripe and is automatically assigned to your registration.
Paypal:
If you do not have a credit card, you can pay the registration fee of 5 Euros via PayPal pay via this link (https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/wkilders/5).
Important for PayPal payments:
* Please do not activate the optional buyer protection, as a fee will be deducted from the entry fee paid.
* If the name on the payment and the name on the registration form are not identical, please enter the name of the participant on the registration form in the last step of the payment procedure. A payment is only considered to have been made when we can clearly allocate it.
* PayPal is not linked to the WCA site. Therefore the made payment will not be displayed on the WCA site.

If the participant limit has already been reached, you will receive a place on the waiting list after registration and payment. You will then receive an email as soon as a spot becomes available for you. If you won't receive a free spot the registration fee will be refunded.

For guests:
Guests are admitted free of charge. A maximum of one guest per participant may be brought along. Unfortunately, further guests or guests who do not accompany a participant cannot attend the competition.
