There is a competitor limit of 100 competitors.
Registering for this competition is free.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
All registrations will be processed in the order in which they are received through this form. After filling out the form and sending the data by clicking 'Register me!' you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your e-mail address. Failure to confirm the e-mail address within 3 days will result in the registration being cancelled.
Registrations will only be listed on this page after we have verified your e-mail address.
We will send a newsletter e-mail 3 weeks before the competition (on 20th of April), asking you to, once more, confirm your participation in the competition within a certain timeframe. Competitors who don't respond to this before the set deadline will be removed from the list of participants. This process is intended to reduce the amount of invalid registrations and to remind registered competitors to deregister in due time, should they be unable to attend Hessen Open, passing on their spot in the competition to a successor from the waiting list.
Guests will not be asked to confirm their e-mail address or attendance and will only receive a message confirming their registration. Guests will not be listed on the list of competitors.
