We're excited to welcome new and experienced cubers to Nanaimo, B.C., for the Nanaimo Swing into Spring 2023 cubing competition. Our last competition was a great success and we are looking forward to seeing you all again.
Please review all of the tabs listed on this website.
Note: there is of course the possibility that we will need to increase safety precautions. Please be aware that changes may be needed. An email will be sent out to registered competitors about significant changes if any are needed.
We look forward to a full house of 110 competitors!
Spectators can attend for free. Being mindful of space, we ask that no competitor brings more than 2 guests.
You only need to show up for the events that you're competing in - but we encourage you to show up for longer. For example, if you're only competing in events that are on Saturday, then you don't need to come on Sunday.
Finally, please note that we may run ahead of or behind schedule, particularly for events in the afternoon please be ready at least 30 minutes in advance just in case.

There is a competitor limit of 110 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $35 (Canadian Dollar).
If your registration is cancelled before Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 12:00 AM UTC you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 12:00 AM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 12:00 AM UTC on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.
Competitors may bring at most 2 guests.

IMPORTANT: Organizers manually move competitors to the competitors list after payment has been received. This is done based on order of payment - You will receive an email letting you know that payment has been received, but you are not registered for this competition until you receive a second email confirming registration and your name appears on the competitors list
Once the competitor limit has been reached, a waitlist opens. This waitlist will be maintained for those who secure waitlist registration by making payment in the event a competitor vacancy opens up.
Competitors will be accepted from the waitlist in the order that they paid.
Competitors who do not make it off of the waitlist will receive a 100% refund shortly before the competition starts. - Highlights

Ethan Rusnak won with an average of 7.54 seconds in the 3x3x3 Cube event. Kenny Zhong finished second (8.47) and Karsen Oun finished third (8.51).
