Registration requirements for the competition:

Create a WCA account here if you don't have one.
If this is not your first competition, associate your WCA ID to your WCA account here.
Register for this competition below.
There is a competitor limit of 150 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is 700 som (Kyrgyzstani Som).

Online Registration closes on 15th August. Competitors can get a refund if they pay the organizers and want to cancel their registration by mailing them. There is a competitor limit of 150 and registration may close early if the limit is reached.

Регистрация в Интернете закрывается 15 августа. Конкуренты могут получить возмещение, если они платят организаторам и хотят отменить их регистрацию, отправив их по почте. Существует предел конкурента 150, и регистрация может быть закрыта раньше, если предел достигнут.
