This competition holds only "Please Be Quiet" events - 3x3x3 Blindfolded, 4x4x4 Blindfolded, 5x5x5 Blindfolded, 3x3x3 Multiblind and 3x3x3 Fewest Moves Challenge. As the name suggests, it is crucial to maintain silence during all events. We'll have sufficient amount of breaks when it is ok to make some noise.
Эти соревнования включают в себя только дисциплины, на которых необходимо соблюдать тишину - 3х3х3 вслепую, 4х4х4 вслепую, 5х5х5 вслепую, 3х3х3 Мультиблайнд и 3х3х3 на количество ходов. Как следует из названия, чрезвычайно важно сохранять полную тишину во время всех дисциплин. У нас будет достаточное количество перерывов, во время которых можно будет пошуметь.

There is a competitor limit of 40 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is 50,000 so'm (Uzbekistan Som).
If your registration is cancelled before Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 12:00 AM UTC you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 12:00 AM UTC.
We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Base registration fee is 50,000 soum. This fee includes registration for any single event. If you register for more than one event, the additional fee is 5,000 soum per event. For example, if you register for all 5 PBQ events, the total fee will be 70,000 soum (50,000 base fee + 4 additional events * 5,000).
Payment must be done after your registration by transfer to plastic card #8600 4929 9550 3832 (Igor Aipkin). After the payment please inform about it by sending a message to iaipkin@worldcubeassociation.org. After that your registration will be accepted.
Базовый регистрационный взнос составляет 50,000 сум. Эта сумма включает в себя регистрацию на одну любую дисциплину. Если вы регистрируетесь более чем на одну дисциплину, дополнительный взнос составит по 5,000 сум за каждую дополнительную дисциплину. Например, если вы регистрируетесь на все 5 тихих дисциплин, общая сумма взноса составит 70,000 сум (50,000 базового взноса + 4 доп. дисциплины * 5,000).

Yifan Wang (王逸帆) won with a single solve of 18.08 seconds in the 3x3x3 Blindfolded event. Andrey Koposov (Андрей Копосов) finished second (25.98) and Muhammed Ameen finished third (45.31).
