There is a competitor limit of 80 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $40 (United States Dollar).
If your registration is cancelled before Thursday, February 27, 2025 at 12:00 AM UTC you will be refunded 75% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Friday, February 28, 2025 at 12:00 AM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Thursday, February 27, 2025 at 12:00 AM UTC on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.
Competitors may bring at most 2 guests.

• All competitors must read the Competitor Information tab
• To register for this competition, you must pay in full in advance through Stripe. Your registration is not complete until you pay.
• You do not have a spot at the competition until you receive a confirmation email with the subject line: "Registration Accepted: Queen City NC 2025." Do not make travel plans until you receive the acceptance email.
• After the competition reaches 80 complete registrations, a waiting list will be created. You must pay to be placed on the waiting list. The full waiting list policy can be found here.
• To cancel your registration, please contact the organizers with your name telling them you want to cancel your registration.
