There is a competitor limit of 130 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $5,000 (Chilean Peso).

Registration process

To be able to participate in the compeittion you must have a complete record. To obtain a complete record, the following steps must be followed:

1.- Register on the WCA website.
2.- Competitors who are not part of the staff must pay the registration fee of $ 5,000 CLP to the following chilean bank account:

After paying the fee you must send an email to [santiagouvotono2018@gmail.com] with proof of payment of the registration and the name of the participant:
- If you pay by electronic transfer you can use the automatic confirmation email sent by the bank. You must add the name of the competitor in the message.
- If you make a deposit, you must send a copy or photo of the voucher.

A confirmation email will be sent to the competitor once the registration has been accepted.

Once these steps are met, you will appear on the list of approved competitors for the competition.
Acceptance of the registration will be made in the same order of arrival of the mails with the proof of payment .

The deadline for payment and mailing the proof of payment is Tuesday, April 10 at 23:59 -3:00 GMT.

If you pay after the limit of participants has been completed, you will be refunded and you will not be able to participate.
Refunds of money for cancellation will be accepted until Friday, April 6 only. After that date only 50% of the money will be refunded. The return will be by electronic transfer so you must indicate the bank account details where to return the money.
Changes in registered events will be accepted until the last day of registration only. After that there will be no changes in the participants of an event.
In case of available seats after April 10, a new additional registration process will be opened between April 11 and 13 with a registration fee of $ 10,000 Chilean pesos, which will be effective upon completion of then new registration process.

Proceso de registro

Para poder participar en el campeonato se debe contar con un registro completo. Para obtener un registro completo se deben seguir los siguientes pasos:

1.- Registrarse en la página web de la WCA.
2.- Los competidores que no son parte del staff deben pagar el valor de inscripción de $5.000 pesos chilenos a la siguiente cuenta bancaria:

Una vez cancelada la inscripción, debes enviar un correo a [santiagouvotono2018@gmail.com] con la comprobación de pago de la inscripción y el nombre del participante:
- Si pagas mediante transferencia electrónica puede usar el correo de confirmacion automático que envia el banco. Debes agregar el nombre del competidor en el mensaje.
- Si realizas un depósito, debes enviar una copia o foto del comprobante.

Un correo de confirmación será enviado al competidor una vez se haya aceptado el registro.

Una vez se cumplan estos pasos aparecerás en la lista de competidores aprobados para la competencia.
La aceptación del registro se realizará en el mismo orden de llegada de los correos con los comprobantes de pago.

El plazo máximo para el pago y envio de correo con comprobante es el día martes 10 de abril a las 23:59 -3:00 GMT.

Si pagas después de que se completó el límite de participantes se te devolverá el dinero y no podrás participar.
Solo se aceptarán devoluciones de dinero por cancelación hasta el día viernes 6 de abril. Posterior a la fecha solo se devolverá el 50% del dinero. La devolución será mediante transferencia electrónica por lo que se debe indicar los datos de la cuenta bancaria adonde devolver el dinero.
Cambios en los eventos registrados solo serán aceptados hasta el último día de inscripción, el 9 de abril. Posterior a eso no habrá cambios en los participantes de un evento.
En caso de haber cupos disponibles posterior al 10 de abril se abrirá un nuevo proceso adicional de inscripción entre el 11 y el 13 de abril con un costo de inscripción de $10.000 pesos chilenos que será efectivo al completarse el nuevo proceso de registro .
