Registration requirements for the competition:
Create a WCA account here if you don't have one.If this is not your first competition, associate your WCA ID to your WCA account here.
Register for this competition below.
There is a competitor limit of 50 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is 400 ₽ (Russian Ruble).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Чтобы принять участие в соревнованиях, выполните следующие действия:
- Создайте учетную запись или войдите на сайт WCA
- Подайте заявку на участие в соревнованиях. Укажите в поле "Комментарий" ФИО гостя (если он будет с Вами)
- Зарегистрируйтесь на сайте Leader-Id (инструкция) и запишите ID, полученный во время регистрации
- Оплатите участие, следуя указаниям здесь
- Пришлите на адрес 4139631@gmail.com следующее:
- Чек об оплате или скриншот подтверждения оплаты
- Ваш ID с сайта Leader-Id
- Дождитесь письма о том, что Ваша регистрация подтверждена. После этого Вы должны увидеть себя в списке участников.
Чтобы увеличить шансы на попадание в список участников:
- Создайте учетную запись на сайте WCA заранее
- Укажите в своем профиле на сайте WCA дисциплины, в которых хотите поучаствовать
- Зарегистрируйтесь заранее на сайте Leader-ID заранее
Один участник может взять с собой максимум 1 (одного) гостя. Необходимо ввести ФИО гостя в поле "Комментарии" при регистрации на соревнование на сайте WCA. Вы можете добавить ФИО гостя после регистрации до 0:00 МСК 18 марта 2022 года. На месте проведения гостям нужно подойти на стойку регистрации, так же как и участникам. Подробнее на вкладке COVID-19.
Если Вы не сможете принять участие в чемпионате, то обязательно напишите об этом на почту nmasson@worldcubeassociation.org.
Если ваше имя не появляется в списке участников через 24 часа после подачи заявки, убедитесь в следующем:
- Вы действительно зарегистрировались на чемпионат. Для этого перейдите по ссылке
- Вы корректно указали имя на сайте WCA. Имя нужно ввести на английском языке, при желании можно добавить версию на русском языке в скобках. Например, Nikolay Masson (Николай Массон)
- Вы прислали на почту организаторам информацию об оплате и Ваш Leader-ID
- Если Вы участвуете НЕ впервые (то есть 2-й раз, 3-й -раз и т.д.), то убедитесь, что у Вас привязан WCA ID. Для этого можно перейти сюда. Если Вас встречает окно поиска, то это значит, что Вы не привязали WCA ID.
- Если все вышеперечисленное выполнено - проверьте Вашу почту (в том числе папку "Спам"). Возможно, там есть письмо от организаторов или Делегата WCA. Если нет писем - напишите Делегату WCA.
Если на чемпионат зарегистрируются более 50 человек, то все последующие регистрации будут помещены в список ожидания. Если кто-то отменит регистрацию до 0:00 МСК 18 марта 2022, то первому участнику из списка ожидания будет предложено оплатить участие и зарегистрироваться на сайте Leader-ID, после чего его регистрация будет принята.
To participate in this competition, please do the following in order
1. Sign up or log in at the WCA website
2. Register for the competition. Please add the full name of guests in the commentary field (if there is one with you)
3. Sign up at the Leader-Id website (you can find the instructions here). Copy your ID you obtained during registration
4. Pay the competitor's fee following the instructions here
5. Send the following information to 4139631@gmail.com:
* Confirmation of payment (e.g. an invoice or a screenshot from payment app)
* Your ID from Leader-Id website
6. Wait for an email that your registration is accepted. You will then be able to see your name in the competitors list
For the best chances to participate in this competition, you may do the following
- Sign up on the WCA website in advance
- Choose your preferred events in your profile
- Sign up on the Leader-ID website in advance
Each competitor may bring only one guest with them. You will need to enter their full name in the comments section of the registration form. You can add the name of the guest later, but not after 12 AM UTC+3, March 18th. Each guest will need to receive their name tag at the Check-In table (more info on COVID-19 tab).
If you don't see your name in the competitor list after 24 hours after registering, make sure you've done the following:
- Check that you have actually registered for the competition.
- Check that you've entered your name correctly when you signed up.
- If you have already participated in the WCA competitions earlier, please check that you have claimed your WCA ID
- If you checked all of this already, please check your email inbox (especially "Spam" folder) - there may be a message from the organization team or from WCA Delegate. If you didn't receive any message, please contact the WCA Delegate
In case the competition list is full (the limit is 50 competitors), all following registrations will be put in the waiting list. If a competitor cancels their registration before March 18th, 00:00 UTC+3, the first person in the waiting list will be proposed to pay their registration fee and sign up at Leader-Id website. If they do that, then their registration will be accepted.
