Information
  • Make sure to be available at the venue at least 15 minutes before your event starts. Late entries won't be allowed to participate.
  • Attend the new participates tutorial session if you're new to WCA competitions or unfamiliar with its rules.
  • Bring a Government ID card for verification if it's your first time participating in a WCA competition.
  • Participants are expected to volunteer and will be assigned with roles as judges, scramblers, or runners, with the exception of newcomers.

There is a competitor limit of 111 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₹300 (Indian Rupee).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.
Competitors may bring at most 2 guests.

Notes:
1. It is mandatory to pay the registration fees AND register on WCA to complete the full registration process.
2. Wait for upto 48 hours to get your registration confirmed after payment has been done.
3. If you are a first time participant, please bring a valid goverment ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport etc) for verification.
4. For the returning participants: Please claim your WCA ID if you have not claimed it yet. Click here for tutorial video.
