There is a competitor limit of 30 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $15 (United States Dollar).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 90% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of $15 (United States Dollar).
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.
Competitors may bring at most 1 guest.

Miami University Students are able to compete for free. To do this, please sign up and pay registration as normal so we can accept the registration. Once you have paid and been accepted, please contact Harsha Paladugu at paladus3@miamioh.edu with your UniqueID, then we will refund your fee.

If there are already 30 competitors on that list, it means the competition is full, and any future registrants will be placed on the waitlist.
If the competitor limit is not reached, we will accept at-the-door registrations. We cannot accept any new registrations after the limit has been reached

Venue:
This competition will be held on the third floor of Miami University's McGuffey Hall.

Parking:
Paid street and garage parking are available throughout campus.

Entrance:
There are several enterances to the building, but the main doors facing East High Street provide the easiest access to the venue.

Hotels:
Oxford has limited hotel availability, so we recommend staying in Dayton or Cincinnati.

Food:
There are several food options near the venue. See 'Food' Tab for more information

There are several lunch options located on and near campus: Pulley's Diner, Red Zone, Miami Emporium, Eiffel Pizza and Pasta, Kabar Asian Cuisine, and Café Lux are at Armstrong Student Center, which is about a 6 minute walk away.
Another option is going to the Maple Dining Hall, which is about a 10 minute walk. High Street also has several options (we strongly recommend Bagel & Deli), but parking may be difficult to find.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced across rounds (see Guideline A1a2++).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
