Herzlich willkommen bei der allerersten Competition in Münster in der Geschichte der WCA!
Wir laden euch ein zu einem Cubing-Wochenende mit einer bunten Mischung an Events direkt am Aasee. Spannung und Spaß sind garantiert und wir drücken euch die Daumen für viele persönliche Rekorde.
Wir freuen uns gleichermaßen über neue und bekannte Gesichter - wenn du Spaß am Cuben hast, bist du hier genau richtig.

If your registration is cancelled before Friday, May 26, 2023 at 5:00 PM UTC you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Monday, May 29, 2023 at 5:00 PM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Monday, May 29, 2023 at 5:00 PM UTC on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators can attend paying an entry fee of €5 (Euro).

Informationen für Neulinge
Falls dies dein erstes WCA Turnier sein sollte, beachte bitte die folgenden Punkte:
Alle Neulinge sind dazu verpflichtet ein Ausweisdokument an der Anmeldung vor zu zeigen (Regulation 2e)). Aus dem Dokument müssen Name, Nationalität und Geburtsdatum hervorgehen.
Alle Neulinge sind eindringlich gebeten, am Tutorial (siehe Zeitplan) teilzunehmen.
Jeder Teilnehmer sollte bereits vor der Meisterschaft mindestens einmal die offiziellen Regeln der WCA gelesen haben. Zusätzlich ist ein Blick in unsere Teilnehmer-Anleitung sowie das WCA Competition Tutorial mehr als ratsam für alle Neulinge!
Keine Angst: während des Turniers besteht die Möglichkeit, sich mit dem offiziellen Equipment (Stackmat-Timer) vertraut zu machen und Fragen zu stellen.
Bei wichtigen Fragen vor dem Turnier kannst du dich gerne an das Organisationsteam wenden.
Wir empfehlen dringend, als neuer Teilnehmer am "Turorial for new competitors" teilzunehmen, das an beiden Tagen angeboten wird. Andernfalls solltest du mindestens 20 Minuten vor Beginn deiner ersten Disziplin erscheinen (siehe Zeitplan). So hast du genug Zeit, um anzukommen, einen Platz zu finden und dich aufzuwärmen.

Nach dem Wettkampf werden alle Ergebnisse in die Datenbank der WCA hochgeladen, und auf dieser Seite einzusehen sein.
Gäste (z.B. Eltern / Familie und Freunde von Teilnehmern) können den Betrag von 5€ vor Ort zahlen, aber Teilnehmer zahlen 20€ im Voraus.

Newcomer information
If this is your first WCA competition, please pay attention to the following:
According to Regulation 2e), all newcomers are required to bring some form of identification document that shows name, citizenship and date of birth.
All newcomers are urgently asked to attend the Tutorial (see schedule).
Every competitor should have read the official WCA regulations at least once before attending the competition! A more condensed version of the important regulations can be found at the WCA Competition Tutorial.
Don't be afraid: there will also be time to test the equipment (for example the official timing device, the Stackmat timer) and discuss the rules if you have questions at the competition.
Feel free to contact the organizer if you have any uncertainties.
We recommend to participate in the "tutorial for new competitors" which will take place on both days. Otherwise you should be there 20 minutes before your first event starts to find a place and warm up.

All results will be uploaded to the WCA database after the competition, and will be available right here!
Guests (e.g. parents / family and friends of competitors) can pay the fee of 5€ on the spot, while competitors pay 20€ in advance.

Auf der Veranstaltung können eventuell Foto- und Videoaufnahmen gemacht werden. Alle Fotos und Videos werden nach der Veranstaltung den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern zur Verfügung gestellt.

Photography and video recordings may be taken at the event. All photos and videos will be made available to participants after the event. The same applies to guests accompanying participants or watching in general.

Anreise
Die Venue ist vom Münster Hbf in 15 Minuten zu Fuß, oder über die Bushaltestelle Bismarckallee zu erreichen.
Direkt vor der Venue gibt es Parkplätze, allerdings ist die Anzahl begrenzt, und alle Parkplätze sind kostenpflichtig.

The venue is a 15 minute walk from Münster main station, or can be reached via the Bismarckallee bus stop.
There is parking directly in front of the venue, but spaces are limited and it is paid parking.

Mitgebrachte Speisen und Getränke dürfen im Veranstaltungsraum verzehrt werden.
Am Samstag hat das Hier und Jetzt Café im gleichen Gebäude mit Getränken, Snacks und Mittagessen von 11:00 bis 22:00 geöffnet.
Ansonsten sind diverse Cafés, Restaurants, Bäcker und Supermärkte fußläufig erreichbar.

You may bring your own food and beverages into the Venue.
On Saturday, the Hier und Jetzt café in the same building is open with drinks, snacks and lunch from 11am to 10pm.
Otherwise, various cafes, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets are within walking distance.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced across rounds (see Guideline A1a2++).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
