Waitlist
If the competitor limit has been reached, the waitlist opens. You can enter the waitlist by registering and paying the fee. Waitlist is first come, first serve.
Competitors who do not make it off of the waitlist will receive a full refund shortly before the event.
The latest time to get off of the waitlist is July 9th, 11:59 PM GMT +3.

Yarışma alanında maske kullanmak zorunludur.
Yarışmacılar kendi tükenmez kalemlerini getirmelidir.
Yarışma alanına girişte yarışmacıların ve misafirlerin ateşleri ölçülüp içeri kabul edilecektir.
Yarışmada dezenfektan ve ıslak mendil tarafımızdan temin edilecek olup, mümkün mertebe kullanılmasını tavsiye etmekteyiz.
Diğer yarışmacı ve küplerle etkileşimin en az seviyede tutulmasını tavsiye ediyoruz.
Sosyal mesafenin korunmasına dikkat edilmelidir.
Yarışma alanına yarışmacı dışında misafir kabul edilmeyecek olup, misafirler kendilerine ayrılmış dış tarafta ağırlanacaktır.
Hastalık belirtisi gösteren kimse yarışma alanına alınmayacaktır.
Yarışma boyunca yarışmacı ve misafirlerin Halk Sağlığı Genel Müdürlüğü'nün (Hıfzıssıha) açıkladığı tedbirlere uymaları gerekmektedir. Aksi takdirde yarışmadan diskalifiye edilerek yarışma alanından ihraç edileceklerdir. Buradan ulaşabilirsiniz

Covid-19 precautions will be implemented in the competition, and we ask the competitors and guests to be sensitive about these issues.

It is mandatory to use a mask in the competition area.
Competitors should bring their own pens.
At the entrance to the competition area, the temperatures of the competitors and guests will be controlled and accepted to the venue.
In the competition venue, disinfectant and wet wipes will be provided by us and we recommend using them as much as possible.
We recommend keeping the interaction with other competitors and cubes to a minimum.
We ask you to pay attention to the social distance issue.
No guests will be admitted to the competition area other than the competitor, and guests will be hosted on the outside reserved for them.
No one will be allowed to enter the competition area if they are showing signs of illness.
During the competition, competitors and guests are required to comply with the precautions announced by the General Directorate of Public Health (Hıfzıssıha). Otherwise, they will be disqualified from the competition and exported from the competition area. You can find it here.
During the competition, the competitors and guests accept all responsibility . The competition organization does not accept responsibility for any health problems that may occur if they do not comply with the Covid-19 precautions.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
