If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.

For First-Time Competitors
All newcomers must be familiar with the WCA Regulations before competing. This video gives a basic overview of the rules.

For All Competitors
When you arrive, you will receive a card with personalized information detailing your events and what group you will be competing in for each event. In addition, you will also have judging/scrambling assignments on your card. Every competitor is expected to help out during the event(s) they are registered for. The card will look like the following:
If you do not arrive to help during your scheduled event, and there are not enough staff members, we reserve the right to disqualify you from competing.

Please print it out, have your parent fill it out, and bring it to the competition. We will collect them there.
Venue:
The Great Room is located in the Commons on the first floor. The Commons will be the second building on the left after arriving from Church Street. There will be signs directing you to park in lot 9.
In the photo, the parking lot (9) is outlined in blue, the Commons is outlined in purple. The overflow parking lot (14) is outlined in white.

Parking:
Arriving from Church Rd, continue straight following signs to lot 9 on the right. If overflow parking is needed, you may park in lot 14.
If you are using the entrance off Easton Rd, you will have to turn right and use a one way loop around campus to arrive at the parking lot at the rear of campus.
Dining:
There is a small cafe upstairs inside the commons. Multiple restaurants are located less than 10 minutes away along Route 309.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
