When you arrive at the competition you will navigate to the Bricker Building. When you arrive you will have to pay for parking. After you pay for parking you continue straight and then turn left at the FIRST stop sign. Continue straight and you will see the Celeste building. Behind the Celeste building is the Bricker Building. You will see a large banner that says Welcome to Arnold Sportsworld For Kids and Teens Entrance. You can also ask the parking attendant where the Bricker Building is and they can help as well.
When you arrive there will be signage stating Entertainment and Performer Check In. That booth will have your wristband to get into the expo. Give them your fist and last name and they will give you your wrist band. Reminder that all of your guests will need to purchase a ticket or pick theirs up from the will call separately.
After you and your guests get your wristbands you will proceed to the right side of the venue and you’ll see a hanging banner that says Speedcubing. That is where we will be located.
They did not provide as many tables and chairs that I requested, however it is inside a 155,000 square foot room so there is plenty of space to stand and tons and tons of vendors and exhibits to check out in between groups and rounds.
If you have not yet done so please send a text to (833) 263-2649 with just the keyword ARNOLDB
This will ensure you get text alerts with all of the groups as they are called.
There is not wifi available but there is good cellular service
There is a food court inside the Bricker Building and is located right next to our booth.
IF you have any questions please let me know and I’ll do my best to get back to you tonight or tomorrow. Building is open at 10AM. I would recommend showing up early, again I am unsure how busy it will be at the Teen and Kids Expo but better safe than sorry.
