Ο διαγωνισμός έχει κόστος συμμετοχής 12,00€ για την κάλυψη μέρους των εξόδων του. Για να θεωρείται έγκυρη μία εγγραφή θα πρέπει να ολοκληρωθούν και τα δύο παρακάτω βήματα:

1. Να έχει ολοκληρωθεί η διαδικασία εγγραφής στον διαγωνισμό
2. Να έχει ολοκληρωθεί και η πληρωμή του κόστους συμμετοχής

Επιστροφές χρημάτων δεν γίνονται για κανέναν λόγο μετά τη λήξη των εγγραφών, ακόμα και αν ο διαγωνιζόμενος ακυρώσει τη συμμετοχή του για οποιοδήποτε λόγο.

Οι διοργανωτές διατηρούν το δικαίωμα ακύρωσης μιας αίτησης συμμετοχής χωρίς προειδοποίηση και χωρίς δικαίωμα αξιώσεων από τους υποψηφίους συμμετέχοντες προς τους διοργανωτές ή/και την WCA αν δεν τηρηθεί οτιδήποτε από τα παραπάνω.

Οι συνοδοί και οι θεατές δεν έχουν κόστος συμμετοχής.

Σε κάθε περίπτωση όμως, *τόσο οι διαγωνιζόμενοι όσο και οι συνοδοί** για να εισέλθουν στον χώρο του κλειστού Taek Kwon Do στο Φάληρο θα πρέπει να πληρώσουν το εισιτήριο εισόδου στο Athens TableTop Festival 2024 το οποίο είναι 8€.* Το κόστος αυτό δεν σχετίζεται με τον διαγωνισμό, αλλά με το φεστιβάλ.

The contest has a participation fee of 12.00€, to cover part of its expenses. An entry will only be considered valid when both steps below are completed:

1. Registration for the competition on the WCA website
2. Successful payment of the competition entry fee

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances after the registration period has ended, even if the contestant cancels their participation for any reason.

Guests and spectators do not have to pay a participation fee.

Από Εθνική Οδό: Στην έξοδο Γλυφάδα / ΣΕΦ παίρνετε την έξοδο ΣΕΦ και στον κυκλικό κόμβο κατευθύνεστε προς Γλυφάδα, Beach Volley και Tae Kwon Do. Στο φανάρι, στο τέλος του δρόμου, στρίβετε δεξιά και βρίσκεστε πάνω στην Παλιά Λεωφόρο Ποσειδώνος. Στο πρώτο φανάρι στρίβετε δεξιά και βρίσκεστε στο γήπεδο του Tae Kwon Do (Κλειστό Φαλήρου).

Από Λεωφόρο Συγγρού: Στο τέλος της Συγγρού, παίρνετε την έξοδο για Γλυφάδα. Παραμένετε στη δεξιά λωρίδα ακολουθώντας τις πινακίδες προς Ολυμπιακά Ακίνητα. Πριν το πρώτο φανάρι, παίρνετε την έξοδο (δεξιά) προς Ολυμπιακά Ακίνητα. Ο δρόμος κάνει αναστροφή και στο φανάρι (περίπου στα 100 μέτρα από την έξοδο) στρίβετε αριστερά προς Tae Kwon Do (Κλειστό Φαλήρου) όπου και παρκάρετε.

Από Γλυφάδα: Μετά τα φανάρια του Τροκαντερό παραμένετε στη δεξιά λωρίδα κυκλοφορίας και βγαίνετε από τη Λεωφόρο Ποσειδώνος στην έξοδο Ιωάννου Φιξ. Ακολουθείτε το δρόμο που στρίβει προς τα δεξιά και γίνεται οδός Πλειάδων. Στον πρώτο δρόμο κάνετε αριστερά (οδός Αιόλου). Πάλι στον πρώτο δρόμο που συναντάτε κάνετε αριστερά (οδός Ιωάννου Φιξ), περνάτε κάτω από τη γέφυρα της νέας Λεωφόρου Ποσειδώνος και φτάνετε στην παλιά Λεωφόρο Ποσειδώνος όπου κάνετε αριστερά. Στα πρώτα φανάρια κάνετε δεξιά και συναντάτε το Κλειστό Tae Kwon Do.

Λογικά θα υπάρχουν και διαθέσιμες δωρεάν θέσεις στάθμευσης.

**Ο διαγωνισμός θα γίνει εντός του σταδίου στην κεντρική αρένα σε ειδικά διαμορφωμένο χώρο (tournament area) που θα βρίσκεται απέναντι από το περίπτερο Β2 που εκθέτει το GamesUniverse.gr .

Εντός του γηπέδου, θα λειτουργούν αναψυκτήριο-κυλικείο κλπ.

From the Leoforos Kifisou: At the exit Glyfada / SEF you must take the exit to SEF exit on the roundabout and head towards Glyfada, Beach Volley and Tae Kwon Do Stadium. At the traffic lights at the end of the road, turn right, you are now on the old Poseidonos Boulevard. At the first traffic light you meet, turn right, in front of you is Olympic Tae Kwon Do stadium.

From Syngrou Avenue: At the end of Syngrou Avenue, take the exit to Glyfada. Stay in the right lane following signs to the Olympic facilities. Before the first traffic light, take the exit (right) towards the Olympic facilities. At the traffic lights you must do a U turn (about 100 meters from the exit) turn left to Tae Kwon Do stadium where you can park .

From Glyfada: After the Trocadero traffic lights, stay on the right lane and exit leoforos Poseidonos at the Ioannou Fix exit. Follow the road which bends to the right and becomes Pleiades street. On the first street (Aiolou) turn left. Then again at the first street (Ioannou Fix street ) you meet turn left, go under the bridge of the new leoforos Poseidonos and you reach the old Poseidonos where you turn left. At the first traffic lights turn right where you meet Tae Kwon Do stadium.

There will be parking free parking slots, fist come-first served.

The competition will take place inside the stadium in the main arena on the tournament area which is located in front of the booth B2, where the www.gamesuiverse.gr will be exhibiting.

Inside the stadium, there will be kiosks which be will selling snacks and drinks.

Νέοι συμμετέχοντες
Εάν αυτός είναι ο πρώτος σας διαγωνισμός, τότε είναι σημαντικό να έχετε διαβάσει τους κανονισμούς. Οι κανόνες είναι πολλοί, συνεπώς, αν δεν τους θυμάστε όλους, δεν πειράζει. Υπάρχει όμως ένα βίντεο το οποίο προτείνουμε όλοι να το δείτε πριν συμμετάσχετε. Τέλος, κατά την εκκίνηση του διαγωνισμού πρόκειται να γίνει μία μικρή επεξήγηση των κανόνων. Μην το χάσετε.
Οι νέοι συμμετέχοντες πρέπει να φέρουν μαζί τους Ταυτότητα ή Διαβατήριο ή Ληξιαρχική πράξη γέννησης ή κάποιο επίσημο έγγραφο στο οποίο θα αναγράφεται η ημερομηνία γέννησης και η χώρα την οποία θα εκπροσωπούν.

Πληροφορίες για κάθε διαγωνιζόμενο
• Παρακαλούμε** βοηθήστε την διαδικασία όντας κριτής**. Για να λειτουργήσει ομαλά ένας διαγωνισμός πρέπει όλοι να βοηθούμε και να συμμετέχουμε ενεργά. Εάν δείτε κάποια θέση κριτή άδεια, μην διστάσετε να την γεμίσετε. Εάν σας ζητηθεί να αναλάβετε ρόλο κριτή και αρνηθείτε, μπορεί να αποβληθείτε από τον διαγωνισμό (κανονισμός 1e2). Επίσης, εάν είστε γονιός ή καλεσμένος κάποιου συμμετέχοντα και πάλι μπορείτε να βοηθήσετε, είναι πολύ απλό.
• Πάζλ από ανθρακονήματα δεν επιτρέπονται. Επίσης, διαβάστε τους κανόνες για τα λογότυπα των κύβων για να είστε σίγουροι.
• Όσο διαγωνίζεστε και αφού έχετε παραδώσει τον κύβο σας για μπλέξιμο, θα πρέπει να είστε αναγκαστικά στον χώρο των διαγωνιζόμενων και να μην φεύγετε από εκεί μέχρι να ολοκληρώσετε τις λύσεις σας.
• Δεν επιτρέπεται να μιλάμε για τα μπλεξίματα ή τις λύσεις μας μέχρι την ολοκλήρωση του γύρου (κανονισμός 2g3 )
• Κατά την επίλυση με κλειστά μάτια πρέπει ο χώρος να έχει απόλυτη ησυχία.
Αυτό το γεγονός απαιτεί μεγάλη συγκέντρωση και κάθε θόρυβος έχει αρνητική επίδραση. Θα ανακοινώσουμε πότε θα αρχίσει η σιγή και πότε οι ομιλίες θα είναι ελεύθερες στην αίθουσα.
• Απαγορεύονται τα φλας κάτω από οποιαδήποτε συνθήκη στην αίθουσα. Δυσκολεύουν πολύ τις λύσεις.
• Εάν είστε θεατής, παρακαλώ να είστε πάντα 1.5 μέτρο μακριά από τους διαγωνιζόμενους (κανονισμός 7b). Εάν θέλετε να τραβήξετε κάποιον που λύνει, παρακαλώ κάντε το από τον χώρο του κοινού.
• Σεβόμαστε τον χώρο που φιλοξενεί τον διαγωνισμό, πετάμε τα σκουπίδια σε κάδους και μαύρες σακούλες σκουπιδιών ή τα παίρνουμε σπίτι. Επιπρόσθετα, εάν προκύψει κάποια ζημιά ενημερώνουμε άμεσα τους διοργανωτές.
• Προσέχουμε τα παζλ μας. Όλοι θα έρθουν σε αυτόν τον χώρο με πολλά παζλ, είναι απίστευτα εύκολο να χαθεί κάποιο παζλ, οπότε να είστε προσεκτικοί. Σας συνιστούμε να το φυλάτε σε μία τσάντα και να γνωρίζετε που βρίσκεται κάθε στιγμή.
• Θα τραβηχτούν φωτογραφίες και βίντεο από τον διαγωνισμό και από άλλους διαγωνιζόμενους και από την διοργάνωση, για social media, site κλπ. Ερχόμενοι στον διαγωνισμό αποδέχεσθε πως δεν έχετε πρόβλημα να είστε και εσείς σε τέτοιες φωτογραφίες ή βίντεο.
• Πρέπει να είστε παρόντες/ούσες μία ώρα πριν τα αγώνισμα στα οποία εχετε δηλώσει συμμετοχή. Το ίδιο ισχύει σε όλα τα αγωνίσματα.

New Competitor Information
If you are a new competitor, it is important that you are familiar with the Regulations. The regulations are extensive, and are quite a lot to take in, so don't worry if you don't remember them all! Because of this, we have a video that explains the competing procedure which we recommend to watch before attending: Competing Tutorial. We will also be holding an introduction to competing as per the Schedule which we recommend you attend as well.
New competitors must bring some form of ID to show at the competition to confirm the name, the country they wish to compete for, and the date of birth registered with. The usual items of ID that people bring are Passports, Birth Certificates, Driver's Licenses, etc. As long as it has your name, date of birth, and country, then it is considered acceptable.

Information for All Competitors
• Please help the procedure by being a judge! As a competitor, your judging assignments are the absolute minimum you should be doing to help out. If you see an empty judge position, please don’t hesitate to fill it. If you are directly asked to judge, please go and judge for the remainder of the round in progress. If you do not comply then we are within our rights to disqualify you from the competition as per Regulation 1e2. If you're a parent feel free to get involved with running and judging tasks, it's really easy!
• Please note that Carbon-Fiber puzzles are not permitted, and please make sure your cube complies with logo regulations!
• When you are competing and have handed in your puzzle, please make sure to be waiting in the designated area until the end of your solutions.
• Please DO NOT talk about the scrambles or your solutions whilst the round is in progress as per Regulation 2g3.
• During blindfolded events, please stay silent within the venue. These events require a high amount of concentration and any noise can be distracting. We will announce when the silence will begin and when you may talk within the venue again.
• No flash photography under any circumstance within the venue. It is extremely distracting for competitors.
• If you are a spectator, please stay 1.5m away from competitors at all times as per Regulation 7b. If you are filming someone competing, please stay out of the competitor area.
• Please treat the venue with respect, put all of your rubbish in bins, black bin bags, or take it home with you and keep your area tidy. Also, report any damage that may occur to the organizers.
• There are thousands of puzzles at these events, make sure to keep yours together so you don't lose them! Keeping them in a bag and looking after it at all times is recommended.
• We will be taking videos and photographs of the competition and the environment for our social media pages and website. By attending the competition as a competitor or a guest, you are accepting that you may be filmed or photographed for these purposes.
• Every competitor should be present in the main competition area one hour prior to the contest in which they are participating

Με ποιον κύβο θα συμμετέχω;
Κάθε διαγωνιζόμενος φέρνει τα δικά του παζλ, τα οποία πρέπει να είναι σε καλή κατάσταση και να έχουν ένα λογότυπο πάνω τους. Οι κανονισμοί εξηγούν πιο αναλυτικά για το πώς πρέπει να είναι ένας κύβος, εάν έχετε απορία, παρακαλώ συμβουλευτείτε τους.

Αν ακυρώσω την εγγραφή μου πριν κλείσουν οι εγγραφές θα μου επιστραφούν τα χρήματά μου;
Μάλιστα, στον ίδιο λογαριασμό από τον οποίο στάλθηκαν την πρώτη φορά.

Δεν μπορώ να φτιάξω λογαριασμό στο stripe, τι να κάνω;
Δε χρειάζεται να φτιάξετε λογαριασμό. Θα ανοίξει απλώς ένα παράθυρο επικοινωνίας και θα σας ζητήσει τα στοιχεία της κάρτας σας, όμως δεν απαιτείται πουθενά στη διαδικασία να έχετε εσείς λογαριασμό.

Μπορώ να αλλάξω τα αγωνίσματα στα οποία έχω εγγραφεί;

Which cube do I participate with?
Each contestant brings their own puzzles, which must be in good condition and have a logo on them. The rules go into more detail about what a cube should look like, if you have any questions, please consult them.

I can't create an account on stripe, what should I do?
You don't need to create an account. It will simply open a contact window and ask for your card details, but nowhere in the process is it required for you to have an account.

Can I change the events I am registered for?
This information can be found on the first page of the competition, under the "Registration requirements".

Can I buy cubes at the competition?
Yes, more information is available on the Sponsor Tab

Can I take photos and make video recordings at the competition?
Personal and non-commercial photos and video recordings are allowed. All commercial media must contact the organizers to obtain a media pass.

Can first-time competitors compete? Are there qualification requirements?
First-time competitors are welcome to register to compete

How many events can I compete in?
You can register to compete in as many events as you'd like, as long as you know how to solve the puzzle (per WCA Regulation 2k6).
