Debido a la inestable situación epidemológica actual, a las recomendaciones del Ministerio de Salud y al reglamento establecido por la WCA, habrá varias medidas para proveer seguirdad a los competidores e invitados.

• Cada competidor podrá traer sólo un invitado.
• Tanto competidores como invitados tendrán que llevar una etiqueta con su nombre que se les dará durante el registro. A los competidores e invitados sin etiquetas no se les permitirá el acceso al evento.
• Los competidores deben llevar una identificación válida (tarjeta de identificación, cédula de ciudadanía, pasaporte, etc). Si está participando por primera vez, debe verificar su identidad en la mesa de registro. Si ya ha participado, debe estar listo para presentar su identificación en caso de que los organizadores tengan dudas sobre su identidad.
• Todos los competidores e invitados deben llevar protección respiratoria personal (tapabocas). El tapabocas debe cubrir naríz y boca. Quien no lleve tapabocas deberá abandonar el lugar del evento. Se permite quitarse el tapabocas durante cada intento.
• Se recomienda de manera estricta lavarse las manos y usar gel antibacterial. Habrá varios puntos de desinfección en el sitio del evento.
• Todos los eventos se realizarán con estaciones fijas. Habrá información en su horario personal sobre en qué grupos debe competir y en cuales debe juzgar. Los jueces serán quienes no estén compitiendo en el momento.
• Los competidores deben desinfectar su puzzle antes de entregarlo.
• Los competidores deben poner el puzzle en la cubierta ellos mismos.
• Los competidores podrán retirar su tapabocas cuando estén en la estación.
• Los competidores deben tener su propio lapicero para firmar su hoja de resultados.
• Los mezcladores deben usar guantes.
• Los jueces deben alejarse del competidor después de levantar la cubierta del cubo.
• En todas las rondas los jueces serán pasadores y deben mover los cubos desde la zona de mezclas hasta su estación por sí mismos.
• Les pedimos amablemente quedarse en casa si tiene sintomas de gripa. El delegado de la WCA tiene el derecho a pedirle que se retire del sitio del evento en el caso en que presente estos sintomas.
• Les pedimos mantener la distancia. Igualmente les pedimos traer su propio puzzle y no confiar en sacarlo prestado durante la competencia.
• Todas las superficies de las estaciones serán desinfectadas entre grupos. Está prohibido sentarse en las estaciones de competencia para entrenar.

Due to the current unstable epidemiological situation, the recommendations of the Health Ministry and the WCA regulations, there will be several measures implemented to provide security to competitors and guests.

• Each competitor can take only one guest with them.
• Competitors and guests should wear nametags (badges) given at the reception desk. Competitors and guests without badges will not be allowed to the competition venue.
• Competitors should bring a valid ID with them (i.e. ID card, birth certificate, passport, driver licence). If you participate at WCA competition for the first time, you should prove your Identity at the reception desk. If you already took part in WCA competition you should be ready to show your document if organizers team has doubts about your identity.
• All competitors and guests should wear personal respiratory protection (such as masks, respirators). Such protection must completely cover your mouth and nose. Competitors and guests without personal respiratory protection should leave the venue. It is allowed to take off the protection during the attempts.
• It is strictly recommended to wash hands and use sanitizers. There are several points with sanitizers at the venue.
• All events will be hosted in format "fixed seats for competitors". There will be information in the personal schedule about events and group numbers stating in which group a competitor will compete and also judge. The judges will be those not competing at the current group.
• Competitors should sanitize puzzles before submission.
• Competitors put a puzzle in cover by themselves.
• Competitor can take off the mask when he is at the solving station.
• Competitor should have his own pen to sign a result card.
• Scramblers should wear gloves.
• Judges should move away from competitor after cube cover is lifted.
• In all rounds judges are runners and they move cubes from and to scrambling area by themselves.
• We kindly ask you to stay home if you have flu symptoms. WCA Delegate has a right to ask you to leave the venue in case you have such symptoms.
• We ask you to keep the distance. Also we ask you to bring needed puzzle with you (not hope to lend puzzle from other competitor).
• All timers and solving station surfaces are sanitized between groups. It is prohibited to seat at the solving stations for trainings.
