All the participants are requested to volunteer in the competition and participants (except newcomers) might be assigned to a particular event they have to either judge, scramble, etc for the group/event.
Stay inside the campus will not be possible, but there are multiple hotels at reasonable prices near the venue.

There is a competitor limit of 150 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₹400 (Indian Rupee).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Thursday, December 1, 2022 at 12:00 AM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Sunday, December 4, 2022 at 12:00 AM UTC on the Register tab.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of ₹450 (Indian Rupee).
Any spectator can attend for free.

You can select the events in which you want to participate in this tab and hit on Register.

Please note that :
- It is mandatory to pay the registration fees and also register on WCA to complete the full registration process. If you do not complete either of these steps, your registrations will not be considered
- It may take a day or 2 for your name to reflect on competitors list on WCA. Please be patient as this process is done manually.

From Airport
The Nearest Airport is the Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport, Mohali. From there you can take either a bus or an Uber/Ola depending on your budget.
From Railway Station
The Nearest Railway Station, The Ludhiana Junction is about 8 kms away from the school. You can either take a rickshaw or an Uber/Ola depending on your budget.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
