La participación en este torneo requiere de la comprensión de los siguientes requisitos:
- El valor de la inscripción para uno o todos los eventos es de $25.000 COP
- Conocer el reglamento de la WCA ya que este es un torneo oficial.
- Elegir los eventos a inscribir cuidadosamente luego de revisar las pestañas Eventos y Cronograma. Prestar atención a los formatos de las rondas y a sus cortes y límites.
- Inscribirse electrónicamente completando el proceso aquí.
- Hacer el pago de la inscripción a la cuenta de Bancolombia a la mano #03203704824 o en efectivo contactándose con uno de los organizadores.
- Enviar comprobante de pago al Whatsapp #3203704824 o 3123933674 con el nombre completo del participante ya registrado en la WCA en el torneo.
- Esperar a que el registro electrónico sea aceptado.

The participation in this competition requires the comprehension and acceptance of the following requirements:
- Registration fee for one or all events is $25.000 COP
- Being familiar with the WCA rules since this is an official competition.
- Carefully choosing the events. Keep the rounds format, cutoffs and limits in mind.
- Registering online completing the process here.
- Paying your registration to Bancolombia a la mano account #03203704824 or in cash by contacting one of the organizers.
- Sending a screenshot or an image of the receipt through WhatsApp to the number 3203704824 or 3123933674 with the competitor’s full name after he/she is already registered on the competition website.
- Waiting for your registration to be approved online.

En el lugar no hay restaurante para almorzar, así que las opciones para alimentación son:
1. Llevar almuerzo hecho desde casa, esta es una opción saludable y económica.
2. Pedir domicilio de un lugar relativamente cercano como el Centro Comercial Santafé o Mc Donald's. Se recomienda pedirlo con anticipación y preferiblemente varias personas.

There are no restaurants in the place, so the options for food are:
1. Make lunch at home and bring it, this is a healthy and cheap option.
2. Ask for food to a relatively nearby place such as Santafé Mall or Mc Donald's. We suggest to ask for it in advance and in group preferably.
There will be a cafeteria available.
Para llegar en servicio público pueden usar transmilenio hasta el portal norte y allí tomar el alimentador 2-2 jardines hasta la 5ta parada y caminar cerca de 10 minutos.
En automovil pueden llegar tomando el retorno de la Escuela de Ingeniería sobre la autopista norte.
El parqueadero para quienes vayan en vehículo propio tendrá un costo de $5.000 COP por todo el evento.
If you use public transportation you can use transmilenio until Portal Norte and then take Alimentador 2-2 Jardines until the 5th stop and then walk around 10 minutes.
By car you can take the return of Escuela de Ingeniería on north Avenue.
The cost of parking will be of $5.000 COP (1,04 USD) for all the event.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
