How do I register

• You need to pay in advance the registration fee in order to complete your registration. No registrations will be accepted without payouts.

2. After registration you'll be able to see the button to pay the €10 registration fee;
3. Remember to check your email address: an email containing more details about the competition will be sent in the week before the event.

Note: The registration procedure is completed only AFTER you have paid the registration fee.

Number of participants
There is a limit of 125 competitors. If the limit is reached, there will be a waiting list.

When can I register
Registration will open on September 3rd at 21:00 (CEST) and close on September 29th at 21:00 (CEST).

How much does it cost
The registration fee for this competition is:

• €10 (Euro) for Cubing Italy Members (note: this membership is free, see more below).
• €20 (Euro) for Cubing Italy non-members (note: non-members will have to pay €10 online plus €10 on site if they decide not to become Member).

Waiting List
If the competitor limit is reached, we will open a waiting list.
You can check the waiting list here.
You will be put on the waiting list only AFTER you have paid the registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until September 29 at 21:00 (GMT+2).
If you don't make it on the competitor list, you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.

How can I become a Member?
Becoming a Cubing Italy Member is free and does not imply any obligation towards the association.
Membership is valid until you request cancellation.

You can become a member by filling out this form on the Cubing Italy website.
For children under the age of 16 a parent's authorization is required. If you are under 16 years old, fill in the form with your data and send it anyway.
You will be asked to fill the consent form at your first competition.

Can I get a refund?
If your registration is cancelled before 21:00 (CEST) of September 29th you will be refunded a 100% of your registration fee. If you wish to cancel your registration, press "delete" here.

Potete consultare la lista d'attesa qui.
Verrete messi sulla lista d'attesa solo DOPO aver pagato la tassa di iscrizione.
I partecipanti sulla lista d'attesa potranno essere approvati per scorrimento fino al 29 Settembre.
Se non doveste riuscire a rientrare nei 150 partecipanti, vi sarà rimborsata interamente la quota di iscrizione.

Come posso associarmi?
Associarsi è gratuito e non comporta alcun obbligo verso l’associazione.
Il tesseramento ha validità permanente, fino ad una cancellazione volontaria.

È possibile associarsi compilando questo form sul sito di Cubing Italy.
Per i minori di 16 anni è necessaria l'autorizzazione di un genitore. Se hai meno di 16 anni, compila comunque il form con i tuoi dati e invialo.
Ti sarà chiesto di compilare un modulo per il consenso alla tua prima competizione ufficiale.

Posso avere un rimborso?
Se cancelli la tua registrazione prima delle 21:00 (CEST) del 29 Settembre hai diritto al rimborso del 100% della tassa di iscrizione. Se desideri cancellare la tua registrazione, clicca "cancella" qui.

Per gli spettatori del festival e i curiosi che fossero interessati a provare l'esperienza di una competizione senza la pressione della gara, abbiamo pensato a due momenti nel programma per cimentarsi nella risoluzione del cubo 2x2 e 3x3:

• Cubo 3x3 - Domenica alle 12:00
• Cubo 2x2 - Sabato alle 15:30

Non è necessario iscriversi o prenotare un posto, è sufficiente presentarsi con il proprio cubo nei momenti indicati.
Il formato (numero di risoluzioni, gruppi, ecc...) sarà deciso sul momento in base al numero di interessati.

Prima delle risoluzioni, ripeteremo il tutorial per i nuovi partecipanti in modo che tutti possano avere un ripasso delle regole fondamentali.

N.B. Chi è iscritto alla competizione WCA NON potrà partecipare a queste mini competizioni.

The competition is officially recognized by the World Cube Association, therefore competitors are required to know the WCA Regulations.
All the competitors must be available to help during the competition. This means that if required, they'll have to act as judges or scramblers.
During the competition competitors will be divided into groups.

The schedule may be subject to change, so make sure to be at the venue at least 30 minutes before your scheduled events.

La competizione è ufficialmente riconosciuta dalla World Cube Association, quindi i partecipanti sono tenuti a conoscere il Regolamento WCA.
Tutti i concorrenti devono essere disponibili per aiutare durante la competizione. Ciò significa che, se necessario, dovranno rendersi disponibili come giudici o scrambler.
Durante la competizione i concorrenti saranno divisi in gruppi.
