- The competition will take place at the BU Permanent Campus, not on any other campuses spread across Mohammadpur.
- You'll have to be present at the competition area at least 10 minutes before the start of your event.

There is a competitor limit of 150 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ৳350 (Bangladeshi Taka).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 80% of your registration fee.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of ৳550 (Bangladeshi Taka).

Example
Suppose you are going to participate in 5 Events. You have decided to pay on 22 November (Early Bird Category).
Then your fee would be: ৳300 + ( 5 x ৳50 ) = ৳550.Spot Registration will only be available if the competitor limit remains unreached.
Spot Registration will only be accepted at least 30 minutes before the start of your event.

In order to ensure security on the campus, all visitors and participants will require an entry pass. Digital or printed copy must be shown while entering the campus. Entry pass download link will be given prior to the competition for all by e-mail.

Note:
1. Any payment on the Competition Day will follow the Spot Registration Category Fee Structure.
2. Any payment after the deadline of given category will follow the Fee Structure of the next category.
3. Per Event Fee is the same for all events.

Spot Registration will be accepted between 11 AM - 12 PM on 19 December and between 8 AM - 9 AM on 20 December. See the fee structure for spot registration and spot payment.

- Go To Bkash Menu by dialing *247#
- Choose option 1 from the menu

- Enter your personal contact number on Reference.
- Enter your Menu Pin to Confirm the Payment.
- Send your TrxID (or Trans ID) in a SMS to the number you have sent money to.The text must include - Participant's Name, Participants Personal Mobile Number and the TrxID (or Trans ID). .
Using the Bkash App
- Log into your Bkash account.
- Select Send Money

- Tell him to Cash-In into a personal number.
- Use either of the following numbers: 01534 855 742 (Farabi) , or 01764 262 852 (Arnab)
- Tell him to cash-in your Total Registration Fee with Bkash Charge.* দোকানদাররা এইটাকে "খরচ" বলে থাকে।
- Get the TrxID from the agent.
- Send your TrxID (or Trans ID) in a SMS to the number you have sent money to.The text must include - Participant's Name, Participants Personal Mobile Number and the TrxID (or Trans ID).

# Any requested changes to registration before the deadline will be honored. Your registration is not complete until your name shows up on the list. If you believe you paid and your name isn't showing up, please contact us and we will work it out.
Bkash Charge:
- Bkash Charge is 2% of the whole amount. Simply multiply your total registration fee by 1.02 to get the final payable amount.
DISCLAIMER:
- Any Payment on the competition day counts as spot registration and will follow the Spot Registration Fee Structure.See Details **
If the limit is reached, a waiting list will be started. During this period, if someone cancels their registration, the first person (126th person) to pay from the waiting list while the registrations are open will be approved. If the registration time period is over, then the competitor has to pay on the spot according to the spot payment fee structure.
If someone pays but can't be approved due to the limit being reached, then the competitor might have a chance of getting approved if someone who is in the approved list cancels their registration. Otherwise, the unapproved person would be fully refunded after the comp.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
