Information

Vous n'êtes pas obligé d'arriver au moment de l'enregistrement, nous vous accepterons sans aucun problème si vous arrivez dans la journée. Essayez simplement d'être là au moins 30 minutes avant votre première épreuve.
Une pièce d'identité vous sera demandée si c'est votre première compétition.
Merci de nous prévenir par e-mail si finalement vous ne pouvez pas participer à la compétition.

REPAS :
Les samedi soir et dimanche soir, nous vous proposons un repas collectif et des jeux, sur le lieu de la compétition.
Samedi soir, pour 10€ :
* Des diots (saucisse de porc Savoyarde) et des crozets (une alternative végétarienne/végétalienne devrait être disponible, merci de nous le préciser)
* Un dessert, incluant des gourdes de compote de pomme ou des fruits, un yaourt et peut-être un gateau

Dimanche soir pour 15€ :
* Une grande pizza (au choix, commande le jour J)
* Un dessert, comme le samedi

LASER GAME :
Le samedi soir, nous allons au Laser Game ensemble, nous arrangerons les voitures avec les personnes présentes. Nous avons la grande salle, de 21h50 à minuit pour 2 parties de 45 minutes. Vous pouvez participer aux deux pour 28€ (à régler au Laser Game) ou une pour 15€.
Merci de préciser dans la section "Commentaire" de votre inscription si vous comptez venir, et si vous êtes accompagnés, car il y a un nombre limité de places !

You are not obliged to be here at registration time, we will accept you if you come during the day. Try to be here at least 30 minutes before your first event.
We'll ask for an ID if it's your first competition.

DINNERS:
On Saturday and Sunday evening, we propose a dinner all together, and games, at the competition venue.
Saturday evening for 10€:
* "Diots" (Savoyarde pork saussage) et "crozets" (a bit like pasta) (a vegetarian/vegan alternative should be availble, please ask us)
* A dessert, including an apple jam or fruits, a yogurt and maybe a cake

Sunday evening for 15€:
* A big pizza (to be chosen on the day)
* A dessert, like on Saturday

LASER GAME:
On saturday night we will go to play Laser Game together, we'll arrange shuttles with the cars available. We will have the main room from 21h50 to midnight for two 45 minute games. You can play in both for 28€ (to pay at the Laser Game) or one for 15€.
Please mention in the "Comment" section of your registration to the competition if you're coming and if you are alone or with guests. There are limited spots!

En vous inscrivant, vous devriez nous dire si souhaitez vous inscrire aux repas ou non, ou si vous n'avez pas encore décidé. Utilisez la section commentaire pour cela. Regardez la section "Information" pour les détails. Nous devons impérativement connaître votre réponse le Vendredi 1er Novembre au plus tard. Vous pouvez payer en liquide le jour de la compétition.

Before the competition, the organisation team may send you one or multiple emails. Please answer them in time. Not answering to these mails might make us delete your registration, if there is a waiting list.

Do not hesitate to make a donation in ordrer to support the AFS and allow it to buy and renew the French equipment.
The competition is free, but if you would like to make a donation for the WCA dues or to the AFS, please contact the organizers/delegate at the competition.

When registering on the WCA, you should tell us if you register to the dinners or not, or if you havn't decided yet. Use the "Comment" section for this. Look at the "Information" for all details. The limit date to register is on Friday the 1st of November. You can pay cash the evening itself.

If it's gonna be your first competition, here's what you need to know:

You must register or login on the WCA website.
You must register to the competition (tab "Register" on the competition page).
You must read the WCA regulations (translations are here).
We strongly advise you to come see the tutorial (if it's not in the schedule, it will be before 3x3).
You must bring an identification paper (ID, passport, driving license) the day of the competition or scan and send it by email before the competition.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced across rounds (see Guideline A1a2++).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
