Information

Make sure to be available at the venue at least 15 minutes before your event starts. Late entries won't be allowed to participate.
Attend the new participates tutorial session if you're new to WCA competitions or unfamiliar with its rules.
Bring a Government ID card for verification if it's your first time participating in a WCA competition.
Participants are expected to volunteer and will be assigned with roles as judges, scramblers, or runners, with the exception of newcomers.

There is a competitor limit of 75 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₹400 (Indian Rupee).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of ₹800 (Indian Rupee).
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.
Competitors may bring at most 2 guests.

First time participants
Step 1 - Sign-up on WCA. You must mention your full name without any abbreviations while creating your WCA profile.

Take an Auto-Rickshaw or E-Rickshaw available outside of Station and come to Howly Town.
Then take an E-Rickshaw from near of Howly Chandi Baruah Hall (https://g.co/kgs/y8c5PDr) and come to the Venue- 'Howly National Science Academy' (fare:- ₹10).

Nearest major airport is Guwahati Airport (130KM via National Highway).

The main town of Howly is just 10 mins away from the venue, where lots of restaurants and eateries are available. Canteen is also available within the campus. A small packaged snack will be provided to the participants during the lunch break. Non-Veg food is strictly not allowed within the campus.

Note- The package meal quantity and contents may be changed by the organiser as per circumstances.

More than ₹25,000 worth of Puzzles for the podium winners of all the 10 events along with Trophy/Medels. Cash prize will also be provided to the podium winners (cash prize amount may change according to the number of participants,or it may be excluded from the final prizes). Exciting discount coupons and certificates will be provided to the participants and the Podium winners.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
