• Nous vous invitons fortement à assister au "tutoriel" (si le planning ne contient pas de "tutoriel", celui-ci aura lieu un peu avant le 3x3)
• Vous devez apporter une pièce d'identité le jour de la compétition ou nous la scanner par mail avant la compétition.

If it's gonna be your first competition, here's what you need to know:

• You must register or login on the WCA website.
• You must register to the competition (tab "Register" on the competition page).
• You do not need to pay the 2€ fee, the French Association will handle your registration.
• You must read the WCA regulations (translations are here).
• We strongly advise you to come see the tutorial (if it's not in the schedule, it will be before 3x3).
• You must bring an identification paper (ID, passport, driving license) the day of the competition or scan and send it by email before the competition.

The AFS wrote some tutorials but they are in French only…

En raison de l'évolution de la situation sanitaire et des mesures gouvernementales, des changements sont prévus par rapport à une compétition normale. L'équipe organisatrice se conformera aux règles en vigueur sur le territoire français et sur la commune de Bayonne à la date de la compétition. Ceci peut inclure (mais n'est pas limité à) :

• Le port du masque dans la salle ;
• Le respect strict des gestes barrières ;
• La présentation d'un pass vaccinal ou sanitaire ;
• La nécessité de manger ou boire en dehors de la salle.

L'accès à la salle ne sera évidemment pas possible si vous êtes positif au COVID-19 ou cas contact sans preuve d'un test négatif récent.

Soyez attentifs aux e-mails de l'équipe d'organisation concernant les mesures définitives à respecter pour votre venue.

Si c'est votre première compétition, ne paniquez pas le tutoriel vous expliquera le déroulement de la compétition.
Nous demandons également à tout le monde d'assister au tutoriel.

Des lingettes et du gel hydroalcooliques seront disponibles à plusieurs endroits dans la salle.

Due to the changing health situation and government measures, changes are expected from normal competition. The organizing team will comply with the rules in force on French territory and in the town of Bayonne on the date of the competition. This may include (but is not limited to):

• Wearing a mask in the room;
• Strict respect for barrier gestures;
• Presentation of a vaccination or health pass;
• The need to eat or drink outside the room.

Access to the room will obviously not be possible if you are positive for COVID-19 or contact cases without proof of a recent negative test.

Pay attention to emails from the organisation team regarding the final measures to be followed for your visit.

If this is your first competition, do not panic the tutorial will explain the course of the competition.
We are also asking everyone to attend the tutorial.

Wet wipes and gel will be available at several locations in the room.

Pro la evoluanta sansituacio kaj registaraj mezuroj, ŝanĝoj estas atendataj rilate al normalaj konkursoj. La organiza teamo observos la regulojn validajn sur franca teritorio kaj en la municipo de Bayonne je la dato de la konkurso. Ĉi tio povas inkluzivi (sed ne estas limigitaj al):

• Porti maskon en la konkursejo;
• Strikta respekto de baraj gestoj;
• Prezenti vakcinan aŭ sanitaran pason;

You must read and accept the WCA Regulations.
You must register online by clicking on "Register" in the left block. If you've competed in a WCA competition before and you're not a member of the AFS (French Speedcubing Association), your registration will be considered valid once you paid the 2€ fees.
