Cutoff - The time a competitor must achieve within their first 2 solves in order to complete the average.
Time Limit - The time at which if an attempt exceeds this time, then the competitor will be awarded a DNF. For WCA Time limits, it is dependent on the regulations.

There are sevral restraunts nearby including a shopping center within walkable distance.(Subway, Outback Steakhouse, Chilli's)
Also, the hotel will be serving lunch boxes as an alternative.
When you register, you must be one of the first 65 registered, and once its filled we will send an email to the 65. If you do not pay within the first 72 Hours we will terminate your regrestration. MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR PAYPAL EMAIL IN THE COMMENTS SECTION OF YOUR REGISTRATION
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
