If necessary, we will increase the size of the final by one competitor at a time until we have enough Belarusian competitors. The requirements are 12 Belarusian competitors.
Please Note: As this is the Belarusian Championship, only competitors who represent the Republic of Belarus will be eligible for prizes. The competition remains open for all nationalities to compete.
Попадание в финальные раунды: Для тех дисциплин, которые имеют больше одного раунда, мы будем набирать минимальное количество участников, которые имеют белорусское гражданство. При необходимости мы будем расширять количество людей, попадающих в финал, до тех пор, пока не будет набрано минимальное количество участников из Беларуси. В каждый финал попадут минимум 12 белорусских участников.
ВНИМАНИЕ: Так как это Чемпионат Беларуси, то претендовать на призы могут только граждане Беларуси. В то же время чемпионат остаётся открытым для участия для всех национальностей.

There is a competitor limit of 300 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is 5 Br (Belarusian Ruble).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
You have to send your application for this competition, pay for your participation and wait until your name shows up in the Competitors list. If your name hasn't showed up within 3-4 days then it means there is some problem with your application. In this case please check your e-mail where is a letter from organisation team. There is written how to change your application that it will be accepted. Please keep your id document (certificate of birth, passport or driver license) with yourself to prove your identity and get competitor badge. You won't be allowed to compete without this badge.
Если это Ваш первый чемпионат Вы должны создать аккаунт на сайте WCA. После этого нужно отправить свою заявку на этот чемпионат (слева есть кнопка "Зарегистрироваться"), оплатить участие и ожидать появления своего имени и фамилии в списке участников. Если в течение 3-4 дней Ваше имя не появляется в списке, значит что-то не так с Вашей заявкой. В таком случае проверьте свой почтовый ящик, в котором обязательно будет письмо от команды организаторов с указанием, что нужно исправить в заявке. Для того, чтобы принять участие в чемпионате, необходимо будет подтвердить свою личность. Поэтому, пожалуйста, возьмите с собой удостоверение личности (свидетельство о рождении, паспорт или водительское удостоверение) для подтверждения личности. После предъявления удостоверния личности вы получите бейдж участника. Без бейджа вы не будете допущены к участию в чемпионате.

From metro station "Ploshchad Yakuba Kolasa": tram #5 until tramstop «Dvorets detei i molodyozhi».
From Orlovskaya street: tram #3 and #5 until tramstop «Dvorets detei i molodyozhi».
Competition will be held on the first floor in the Mramorny hall.

От ст. метро площадь Победы: на трамвае №3 в сторону Комсомольского озера, до остановки «Дворец детей и молодежи».
От ст. метро площадь Якуба Коласа: на трамвае №5 в сторону Комсомольского озера, до остановки «Дворец детей и молодежи».
От ул. Орловской: на трамвае №3, 5 до остановки «Дворец детей и молодежи» (2 остановки).
Соревнование будет проходить в Мраморном зале на первом этаже.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
