This competition is open to everyone. Registration starts on the 1st of September at 8 PM.

The entry fees for competitors is €15 (this includes the t-shirt of the competition), guests can attend free of charge. This must be paid in advance, by following the instructions below.

When 150 competitors have completed their registration by paying the entry fee, registration will be closed and a waiting list will be started.

How to register

1. Fill in the form on this site.
2. Pay the entry fee
3. Then, we will accept your registration and your name will show up on the competitor list

Cancellation

If you registered but are unable to attend for some reason, you can cancel your registration by sending an email to the organizers. If you do this before Friday, October 21st at 20h00, we will refund half of your entry fee.

Change events

If you want to change the events you're registered for, you can do so yourself on the same place where you registered. You can do this until the Friday, October 21st at 20h00.

Vóór de competitie, sturen wij u per e-mail een bestellingsformulier.

Competitors for each event are divided into groups. Some events (like 2x2 and 3x3) will have a lot of competitors and therefore many groups, while others (like megaminx) will only have 2 groups. At the competition, we will announce when a group starts so you can bring up your puzzle to the scrambling table and place it on the scorecard that has your name.

When arriving at the competition, go to the registration desk to receive the overview of the groups you are competing in and judging, scrambling or running for, during the first rounds. This is the minimum amount you should be helping out. If you want to help out more, you are always welcome to fill an empty judge seat. We appreciate this enormously as it helps us running the competition smoothly!

For the first edition of the Belgian Championship, a T-Shirt will be included with your registration. The shirt is personalised with Speedcubing Belgium logo and the name of the competition! Don't forget to provide your size (XS to XL) in the comment while making your registration.

Note: if you are mentionning your size in the registration form or right after the "reminder" sent by mail, you will get the correct size. However, we are ordering the shirts to the supplier weeks ahaed of the competition, which means that if you are accepted from the waiting list, you are replacing another competitor and will be assigned with his/her size. We cannot afford to buy more shirt than necessary. We are making our best to please everyone and hoping that it will not cause any inconvenience.
