The entry fees for competitors is €25, guests can attend free of charge.

How to register for the waiting list

1. Fill in the form on this site.
2. Pay the entry fee. You can only pay by credit card via the WCA website!
3. You are now on the waiting list. Whenever a spot becomes available, we will send the first person on the waiting list an e-mail. You can claim the spot if you reply within 48 hours after we send you the e-mail.

If your registration is not accepted before the competition, we will refund your entry fee.

Cancellation

If you registered but are unable to attend for some reason, you can cancel your registration by sending an email to the organizers. If you do this before Friday, November 8th at 20h00, we will refund half of your entry fee.

Change events

If you want to change the events you're registered for, you can do so yourself on the same place where you registered. You can do this until the Friday, November 8th at 20h00.
If you can't attend the competition and want to cancel your registration, please send an email to the organisation team.

If it's your first time attending a WCA competition:

• Please have a look at this video, explaining how competitions work. There will also be a tutorial for new competitors right before the 3x3x3 event (on Sunday morning).

Competitions in Belgium are run with the help of Speedcubing Belgium's team. Our goal is to increase the number and size of competitions. If you want to organize a competition yourself, or just help us out a bit during a competition weekend, feel free get in touch!

How to get there:

By train:
The venue is a 20 to 25 minute walk away from Leuven train station. It’s also possible to take a bus from the train station to the bus stop Leuven Redingenhof, for more information visit the site of De Lijn.

By car:
You can park your car for free at parking Bodart. On Saturday you need a parking disk. It’s a 5 minute walk from the parking to the venue.

Q: I can’t come to the competition anymore? What should I do?
A: Please let us know as soon as you know you can no longer come. Competitions usually fill up pretty quickly and notifying us of your absence allows us to accept someone from the waiting list. We will refund 50% of your payment if you unsubscribe before the registration period ends.

Q: I am on the waiting list. What happens now?
A: If a competitor drops out before the registration period ends, their spot will be allocated to the next person on the waiting list. If a spot does not become available for you, you will receive a full refund. In case you wish to drop out of the waiting list please email us at the contact link on the General Info page, and we will remove you and issue a full refund.

Q: Can I change the events I am registered for?
A: As long as registration is still open, yes you are allowed to change events. You can change your event selection on the website.

Q: Do I have to bring my own equipment to participate?
A: Make sure to bring cubes for all events you are competing in and look after them, you don't want them to go missing. However, there is no need to bring a mat or timer, unless you want to use them for your training. Those used for the competition are provided by the organizers.

Q: What do I do when I arrive?
A: The first thing you do when you arrive is find the registration desk. If you are a new competitor, remember to take with you an identity document it may be requested at the registration desk. The person who will welcome you can then guide you and answer your first questions.

Q: When can I leave the competition?
A: You are more than welcome to leave whenever you want. If you have no more events left then you are not required to stay.

Q: How do I find results?
A: All the results will be found on this page a couple of days after the competition, once they have all been checked and uploaded. If you are looking for live results, they can all be found on WCA live.
