The base registration fee for this competition is €5 (Euro).
If your registration is cancelled before Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 12:00 AM UTC you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators can attend paying an entry fee of €3 (Euro).

Before we can accept your registration, you have to pay the registration fee (5€ per competitor) here via PayPal. Please include your name in the description there.

If you have registered and the competitor limit has been reached, you will receive a spot on the waiting list. If you don't obtain a free spot until registration closes, you will get a full refund.

If you can no longer attend the competition, please inform us ASAP via Mail. We can give the free spot to another person! Of course you will get a full refund.

For guests
If you want to attend the competition as a guest (i.e. you are not competing) you have to pay an entry fee of 3€ (in cash, at the venue). No prior registration is needed.

Solltest du nicht mehr teilnehmen können, bitten wir dich darum, uns über obige Mailadresse zu informieren. Wir können Wartenden einen freien Platz geben! Auch hier wird die Gebühr erstattet.

The closest bus stops are Warmensteinacher Straße (route 172), Gerlinger Straße (routes 172, 179) and Delmer Steig (route M11). The entrance is at Haewererweg, which you can reach via Warmensteinacher Straße.

For Newcomers:
During and before the competition every newcomer will have the chance to try out the official equipment (Stackmat-Timer). If needed, there will be enough staff members to explain the rules. On Saturday and Sunday morning there will be a detailed Competitors and Judging Tutorial. However, every competitor should read the official WCA regulations at least once.

IMPORTANT If this is your first WCA Competition you need to bring your official ID. Otherwise you can't compete.

Für Anfänger:
Während und vor der Competition wird jeder Anfänger die Gelegenheit bekommen, sich mit dem offiziellen Equipment (Stackmat-Timer) vertraut zu machen. Bei Bedarf werden natürlich auch genug Leute vor Ort sein, die die Regeln erklären können. Außerdem findet am Samstag- und Sonntagmorgen auch ein ausführliches Competitors und Judging Tutorial statt. Trotzdem sollte jeder Teilnehmer bereits vorher mindestens einmal die offiziellen Regeln der WCA gelesen haben. Auch ein Blick in unsere Teilnehmer Anleitung ist mehr als ratsam für alle Neulinge!

WICHTIG Wenn dies eure erste WCA Competition ist, bringt bitte unbedingt einen amtlichen Lichtbildausweis mit. Andernfalls dürft ihr nicht teilnehmen.

Food

There will be some free snacks and drinks, but no full meal!
Furthermore there is a supermarket in walking distance (~100m). It's open from 7am to 9pm on Saturday but closed on Sunday.

Verpflegung

Es werden während der Competition gratis Snacks zur Verfügung gestellt, allerdings kein vollständiges Mittagessen.
Weiterhin gibt es in Laufnähe (~50m) einen Lidl. Dieser ist am Samstag von 7:00 bis 21:00 geöffnet und am Sonntag geschlossen.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
