This competition is part of the Beveren Open 2024 Competition Series. Other competitions in this Series are: Note: You can submit a registration for all competitions in a Series, but only one of those registrations can be confirmed and accepted. You will only be allowed to compete in one of the Series competitions!
There is a competitor limit of 80 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is €13 (Euro).
The registration fee has to be paid through Stripe here once registered.
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.

This competition is open to everyone. Registration starts on the 26th of October at 7:00 PM.

The entry fees for competitors is €13, guests can attend free of charge. This must be paid in advance, by following the instructions below.

When 80 competitors have completed their registration by paying the entry fee, registration will be closed and a waiting list will be started.

This is a twin competition together with Beveren Sunday Open 2024. You can only register for one of the days. If you register for both, we accept the first registration and delete the other.

How to register for the waiting list

  1. Fill in the form on this site.
  2. Pay the entry fee.
  3. You are now on the waiting list. Whenever a spot becomes available, we will send the first person on the waiting list an e-mail. You can claim the spot if you reply within 48 hours after we send you the e-mail.

If your registration is not accepted before the competition, we will refund your entry fee.

Cancellation

If you registered but are unable to attend for some reason, you can cancel your registration by sending an email to the organizers. If you do this before November 17 at 18h00, we will refund half of your entry fee.

Change events

You can change the events you are registered for on on this site, until the Friday before the competition.

Public transportation
You can take the train to Beveren station
From here on, the venue is easily accessible (1,1 km walk).
The entrance of the venue is in the donkvijverstraat. You can enter trough the black gate, from there, arrows will lead you the right way.

By car
Beveren is located near the E34 highway (exit Beveren/Melsele), but it is also reachable via the E17 Highway (exit Haasdonk or Kruibeke)

Parking:
There are some parking spots around the school.
One is to the right of the school, the other one is opposite the school, next to a skatepark/sportsfield.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
